I have never seen such a circus of a trial and whether or not this judge orders a mistrial, which she may well do, any convictions will be overturned.. So many points of appeal, many of the motions were still under consideration by Granville. It might be argued of any of the points of appeal, that they fall short of the threshold for a successful appeal, however, cumulatively they stack up so high, that no appeal court could possibly conclude any outcome would be safe and legally binding.. Another embarrassing sh1tfest from the Fulton County Mafia and apart from the expense, this trial further confirms the state is out of control .. Frankly there is more likelihood of a jury convicting Granville Love Fani Et Al on conspiracy charges then than a jury convicting these boys ..People forgetting, the individual charges are irrellevent.. Whilst ricco charges allow the state to cheat statutes of limitations and cast a wider net, when charging under ricco, they must prove the crimes they reference, furthered the cause of the group and that the organisation benefited from the proceeds of the crimes cited.. So far all we have heard is that these boys commited crimes, but the jury arent being asked to find on the facts relating to those crimes, only that the offenses were commited in furtherance of a gang, company, organisation etc.... At no point have we heard a single shred of evidence to the effect any money, or tangile benefits, generated by crimes committed by the men, went to a central money pot, or cause in common... An absolute farce

Both the state attorneys and the defense lawyers better realize that this judge isn't allowing no slick talk or not being prepared by not having transcripts of what has already taken place in that courtroom.
