If you are referring to DT24. Yea, they look the damn legs but the heads are different. Probable the same OEM maker of the legs but the Ulanzi is arcs Swiss and the Neewer is 1/4 end. I like some Neewer products as well but the Ulanzi is built like a tank as far as I know and currently using.
I don't know about the MT-24, but I've got the MT-28 and it's nearly a useless tripod. The legs are wobbly, have no resistance whatsoever, and will only stabilize wide open, which makes the tripod 2 inches high. I've tried to tighten up the leg screws to almost break their head, to little help in making it stiffer. I've contacted Ulanzi, got my unit replaced and it's still the exact same rubbish.
Don’t know anything about the MT-28. Sorry to hear that but I think Ulanzi is a good company to help you with anything you might have trouble with. Maybe a bad batch?
Thanks for the video. I am looking for a nice mini travel tripod right now. I really like this one!
Glad it was helpful! An awesome purchase in my book. Super versatile! I’m very happy with it.
nice review. might need to pick one up
For your next adventure. 💯

Nice little thing to carry for BTS videos.
Great bit of kit, I had to share. Bought for my family/travel kit can now be something used on a client shoot is a win.
