I bought the same Setup with the Ulanzi Mt79. The Tripod/lightstand is really instable and not really made for the Light, especially if you want to double diffuse with an extra umbrella. im also not sure how you connected the Tripod directly to the Light, i needed to use the handle.
It is indeed unstable when fully extended and payload is 1kg, so extra umbrella is definitely too heavy. But what I love is how light and portable it is, I can fit it into my bag when bringing a traditional light stand would be too much. It is a "better than nothing" tool, not the one you bring for important shoots. It is really difficult to attach without the handle, but I somehow managed using the wheel and tons of patience, I guess it is not meant to be used that way!
Hello, no you can't. It is actually not very stable. RC 60B light is slightly over its payload and I can't extend it fully, it retracts a bit. It is really portable but has many limitations. Wouldn't recommend for serious work.
@@josealcoy I was thinking of using it for Osmo Pocket 3 so maybe it should be fine for that, but I do worry about it getting looser over time if you can’t tighten it manually… let me know if you have found any alternatives!
Love your content man! keep creating keep pushing!
Thank you! More coming soon 😁

@@josealcoy yeah, tried it also out without the handle and it feels like the screw is only 1/2 connected so please be careful 😅
@@felixxyzz I did not bring the handle on my most recent trip so I had no choice really 🤭
What is G.A.S. ? Thanks
Gear Acquisition Syndrome, there is no cure for it ;-p
Can you twist to tighten the different segments on the MT-79 light stand?

@@AonghasAnderson Haven't really looked into alternatives, when I need sth sturdier I bring my Manfrotto Nano light stand :-)
What picture profile do you use!? It’s looking stunning! Also, if you’re sellling your luts that’d be great too!🎈
Thanks! I experimented with slog3 and + neutral LUT + basic color grading, but I still have a lot to learn.
You fix your sound yet dude?
In my most recent videos the problem with one channel being louder than the other is fixed. Thanks for asking!
Falta money!!! Coste aprox de todo. Buen video maquineta.
Gracias, un pozo sin fondo. Lo importante es reciclar 😂
