This is my first time watching your video and I loved it. I don't purchase luxury bags and I probably never will, or if I do, it will be pre-loved. But I do buy kislux occasionally of the styles that I really like. I truly appreciate your comparisons here, which have helped me make a decision about a couple for which I was on the fence. I'll be pulling the trigger now. Thanks for this and your humor.
Great collection! I bought my first LV when I was 25 and I've only used that bag a few times haha. Also, I love your clutch! I have an Eva clutch with the DE print and I love the little chain. But I don't want to spend that much money right now and the kislux always gets me the bag I want and it's just as good as the LV and one of my favorites. Durability
Glad to see that smallrig has addressed the issue with the multi tool and now they lock into place. The earlier versions they wouldn’t lock and this was an issue for a lot of people.
Good video, the little piece on the bottom of the pocket 3 isn’t the battery extender, that’s the piece to add on that adds another usb-c port and a 1/4 thread, the battery extender is a bit larger and you should have that with the combo kit
1) The problem with the bag you have is that its SLICK, so it slides around, can become quite inconvenient when you are trying to carry it and 2) This bag must weigh a ton with all the stuff you are packing into it, and that bag does not have a padded shoulder piece so it will dig into your shoulder.
So as far as “slick” i personally haven’t had any problems… but yes as I stated at the start, i do not like the strap, its the biggest downside, and weight wise this is it fully packed for a week long trip, on a day trip I don’t have everything in here, but it’s certainly lighter than a full backpack. Thanks for the input though!
Amazing Video, Thanks a lot of good Stuff that i wanst aware of are nice to have when traveling so thx for the nice recommandations. Keep up the Work, I NEED MORE XD
Impressive content, Thomas J McClure. Looking forward to seeing your next upload from you. I smashed that thumbs up icon on your video. Keep up the fantastic work! Your insights on the DJI Pocket 3 are intriguing-how do you think its image quality compares to traditional mirrorless cameras in lower light situations?
I have a Chanel lambskin square pearl bag and a Chanel handbag but my lambskin square petal bag I have worn 2 times and I am very careful but somehow still has small scratches on the leather and the gold on the clasp. I donât know what happened but I paid over $3,000 for it a few years ago and I am upset that it already has scratches. No one notices now but I notice the price I paid for it. Iâm saving up to buy another kislux bag now that I wonât be paying full price anymore.
Great video. i love the Magic Arm with Clamp i have usid it for lights and holding cables. Have you tryed out SD from sony ? Hope to see you in the gardern conty some time? (stell confused on getting a cammer ft the crop and lens )
@@thomasjmcclure just all the multbile crops and figering out the size of image you get from the lens of the apse sencer. for exple (zve10 with lens of 50 f2.0 what the size of crop)i was looking at getting a good cammera that well last me for a long time? Is it wort it to buy a big expisve one or a bugit when your a beginer that well last 10 years (ps not so great and righting it out )
@ all you gotta do for an apsc camera is multiply the focal length by 1.5, so a 50mm will look like a 75mm on a full frame. But if you’re just getting started I’d just try stuff and see what works for you! Also about buying an expensive camera, I think it’s worth buying a modest camera at first with a decent lens or two rather than a super expensive camera. Learn it and then when you’re ready, if you want to upgrade you can.
Nice insight here, I've got the same bag coming next week! Would you still use the Tamron if you're using a stabilised body (A6700/FX30)? I've debated it with the Sigma 18-50mm which isn't stabilised but looks far more compact. Oh also, off to Ireland myself next month! Any recommendations of where to visit? Currently have Galway, Kerry (Dingle), and some Dublin on the itinerary.
I haven’t tried the sigma lens, I’d say with ibis it’ll help control a bit of that, personally lens size doesn’t bother me, but if you’re looking for a more compact setup people seem to love that sigma lens so I’d go for it! Nice dude! Dingle is gorgeous dude, the whole south and west coast is beautiful, I’m actually from the north east in Northern Ireland. Up there the best spots are the mourne mountains and the north coast where the giants causeway and Kinbane Castle are. But that’s pretty far from Dingle and Galway
@@thomasjmcclure That's good to know for next time! I have friends in Derry and Bangor so I'm hoping to visit the North next year, so the recommendations are much appreciated.
Everyone can arrange and manage gear and storage the way they want, of course. I just personally think: if my sling seems bulky on the outside like yours, the basic idea of a camera sling disappears. Just my opinion. It will surely hurt my shoulder breaking the daily balance during a trip. I definitely prefer a more elegant small backpack if the trip is one day, or a bigger one to host the entire sling if the purpose of the sling was to carry just personal travel stuff in the backpack. That’s why I like that camera sling, but I’m afraid of the excessive capability; I’m afraid I end up fulfilling the entire room in there, increasing unnecessarily the weight. Good video, though 👍🏼
You’re right yeah, I had this packed out full for a week long trip to Ireland and needed a “Personal Item” for the flight, sometimes they don’t let you use a full backpack as a personal item as well as a carry on. And for a week I put everything I needed in there. For a day trip there is a lot of this stuff I wouldn’t bring
Hey Tom good video as always , hope you're doing well. Just wondering I have the Sony zve10 mark 2 and I am looking to get a lens .that I can capture nice video for you tube videos and make content, and also take nice photos and also doesn't cost a boom. What would you recommend ? Plus if you're ever back home would love to meet up over a coffee pick your brain. Im down in the sunny east. take care well done
I love the sigma contemporary series of primes, the 16mm, 30mm and 56mm. Very cheap if you find them used! And sure! I’ll be back a couple times next year!
Let's be honest. The luxury market isn't that expensive if you produce it at cost and take off the logo. The luxury logo is about 80% of the actual price. But the fact is that you're buying the image, showing off your taste, and making them think you have more money than you actually do, which is a very good thing. so kislux .
Man is a pity your referral is for America(I’m Italian). I’ve bought almost everything listed Love how you consider “cheap” option when almost everyone is pushing hyped product 💪🏼
Growing up in New York, I would always see women on Park Avenue buying the same fake stuff from street vendors. Nowadays, it has developed to the point where everyone is buying on kislux , and there is nothing wrong with this.
I have been locking for camera bags all over YT but I never considered a sling bag. Really needed this video, thanks a lot!

For combo i think they have battery extender and the 1/4 thread thing.
@ yeah the combo kit does have both but the battery extender is the larger version of what got shown
@@PaulRankinYT yeah you're right. i just notice it is the shorter one. not the big one.
Happy Thanksgiving Thomas! Cheers for this insightful video! 🤩🤩
Same bag in black color way. Debating grabbing the pocket 3 now.
ok I think that bag might be perfect for my travel needs.....I have been struggling to find something is the perfect size. This might be it.
