She did, through her sons doctor. Enough to get by. We had a collection at work to help her get the insulin replaced. I didn't realize the cost was so expensive.

I live in Fla and wr have the same problem. Many many packages have e been stolen. We too r getting ready to put up cameras. So sick of it!
Trolls follow delivery trucks. Have them delivered to a Post Office box or Amazon Locker. I've been lucky but if it happens that's what I'll do. I'm in Largo Florida.
Camera's won't stop it though, get a PO box if it's that bad, cameras don't stop crime they only record it

There's a video out there that's about 3 years old maybe someone was putting their hand through a mail box through a door and the home owner walked up and used his hammer and smashed his hand and arm and you hear the guy on the other side screaming in pain it was a great video..

I had a friend lose all of his delivered packages. He was looking out for them, checking every few minutes, but the delivery driver quiely dropped them off inbetween checks and in moments somebody else came up behind him after and took every package away.
