I have tried to get live view in NINA but my images are grainy and unclear. First attempt with a cooled ZWO yesterday just pointing the scope at some stars in the North. NINA plate solved but my laptop screen was fuzzy and unclear, unlike yours and others I have seen. I don't have autofocus. Any thoughts. Many thanks
I am new to the whole astrophotogtaphy. I am currently using a Sony DSLM with a Telephoto lens. My question: Is there any way to read the sensor every few seconds while doing a 60sec exposure, that it guides while photographing an object? Thought it would go with the live view function...
Hi, I am trying to test a canon dSLR using NINA. It finds the Canon dSLR ok. I try to select live view like you said, but nothing shows. Do you need to connect the mount as well ?
Do I need an automated telescope to use nina? I have recently bought a stable equatorial telescope without an engine, and I want to know what I could buy to take photos from it, in addition to if I can even use nina
While technically, Nina doesn't have live view, this is the closest thing to live view in Nina.
Finally see the image to focus. Thanks for the video.
Thanks!
No problem!
Oh yeah gets better all the time what a great find you are, brilliant👍👏🙏

Unfortunately not. You might want to try OAG guiders. I dont think you can guide and capture with the same camera.

Sadly not sure what to do. Perhaps use APT? It has live view built into it.
Exposure of 0.5 seconds does not work for all cameras, so NINA did not have lifeview and does not have

You don't need an electronic mount to use NINA. Although it's much easier when you have electronic bits.
Do you know of any way to get the image in NINA to go full screen? Thanks.
You could move other toolbars but not sure if you could make it into full screen.
@@AstroOnBudget Thank You.
