On TV I watched nearly all his games played. I lived in Texas and we got Dallas every week. Charlie was an all around athlete. Love to watch him and cliff Harris. And of course Bob Lilly.

Charlie played great in big games. He and Cliff should have been in Canton 20 yrs ago.

Deserves to be in the Ring of Honor. I am offended that Jones does not see this.

Amazed he isn't. Should also be in the HOF with Cliff. How many players could say the were in either the Super Bowl, NFC Championship, or both in 8 different seasons. Not many.

Charlie and D.D. Lewis used to play on the same softball team in the 70's at Fair oaks field . I was the scorekeeper .

I tell you what, when I was a kid, my brothers and I would play football in Grand Prairie, TX (I have 4 Brothers which we were big Cowboys Fans) and being the oldest, I would say I'm Charlie Waters, and a ruckus would ensue, cuz they wanted to be Charlie Waters too, like I said, I'm the oldest, so therefore the ruckus was over. THE END. Thank You Sir.

Should also be in HOF as he was the ''brains'' of the secondary,............was always around the football or ball carrier. At 193 lbs he was small in his day.

But he won’t be. WAY too many Cowboys from the ‘60s - ‘80s should be in and won’t because of the bias AGAINST the Cowboys by the sports media.
