This video for those of you who want to track your periods, if you are trying to conceive or for any other reason. I'm talking about a few ways to find out when you ovulate and your most fertile days of the month, as this can really increase your chances of getting pregnant.
Please note that I am not a medical professional and this information does not replace any medical advice that you can get directly from your doctor, always consult your doctor for the most specific advice. My intention for making these videos is to provide awareness and support to new moms.

I didn’t understand what you mean in 30 cycle your day fertile is day 11-16. So 30-14=16 (16-2)= 14. 16+2=18 this means ovulation is on 14,15,16,17 and 18 right? And you said fertilisation is on day 11 to 16? Why 11? So it happened before the 5days of ovulation?
Do we get period after having some spotting or implantation ? I need help to know this better ..

Princess Shifau if you have 28 day cycle it usually is day 14 if 30 day cycle ovulation will be around 16 day 14 days before your expected period even if you have a 32 day cycle again it will be day 18 but it’s not clock work an other way is check your cervial mucus when you are ovulating it’s like egg white CM or ovulation test and basal body temperature download period tracker app good luck

If it is 31 day cycle, ovulation will be around day 17, so you may ovulate around August 27th. Check your fertile window from the video. Good luck!

as per described in video just do minus 14 days from the starting cycle day that will be ovulation day, then do minus 5 days from the ovulation day, it means total 6 days are most fertile days
