Sarah laila you should have regular cycles or at least once every other month for the health of your body and not just for conceiving. Although you gotta fix it now if you ever want to have kids in future to avoid trouble and frustrations due to not being able to conceive. Many women suffer and it is not fun!

What are your symptoms?
I have quite regular cycles since one and a half years although before they were very very irregular. I get positive ovulation tests, I take my temperature, and they all show that I mostly ovulate. I had some tests done recently because I was not able to get pregnant after one year of trying, and the doctor told me they suspect O have PCOS due to the high level of androgens I have.
I was pregnant by accident 7 years ago one year into my relationship but had an abortion cause I was not ready.
Do you take any medicine?

I tests positive with the cheap LH tests everyday of the month , when I use the ClearBlue digitals I get a correct result.

After months of trying to test for ovulation, I finally got my positive LH test! Only thing I did differently this month was taking the cassava twins fertility pill daily.

This happened to me on accident. I tested the day after fertile mucus and hit the positive lh three (irregular) cycles in a row! Adding B6 has helped my CM get more consistent and plentiful.

The problems I'm having is 1) my cycle various A LOT, 2) I annoyingly wake up every morning between 3 and 5am and can't get back to sleep before my alarm goes off at 6am. 3) I rarely get a positive LH (I've only ever gotten one), even at my peak. 4) *THIS cycle* in particular, my chart showed that I ovulated on day 11 via temps but I didn't get egg white mucus or peak LH until day 12-1/2. I have noooo idea what to make of that! It's so frustrating.. I turn 40 at the end of the year. After having my son when I wasn't even trying (18 years ago), I did not anticipate it being so difficult this time around.
What is cervical position? Does your cervix change positions through your cycle and if so, how can you check that?
I have come across your videos at just the right time. So helpful, refreshingly insightful. I wanted to ask about your opinion on tackling PCOS with tinctures of: Aletris Ferinosa, Ashoka Q and Cimicifuga when TTC’ing with anovulatory cycles? Have been prescribed these by a homeopath but after doing my own re search having doubts I may have been given the wrong remedy. Asking you as you seem very knowledgable on this subject. Good yes start BBTing! Ah that's frustrating when you feel you haven't bee prescribed the right things however. .. I would recommend to ask tour homeopath directly about it. You see we homeopaths are weird ones and sometimes we make prescriptions that make no sense especially when you start to read up online about the remedies. If all is well your homeopath will be able to explain it really well to you and reassure you... If not... the switch! ! Always make sure your practitioner explains what they are doing and why. The remedies you mention are great remedies though and much used for hormonal issues in case that reassures you? Whether they are right for you I would need to know your individual case characteristics.

Yeah I can understand that! It's possible that you have mild PCOS or that you were having just a few cysts when you were diagnosed... however if you chart and see you ovulate then I wouldn't worry too.much about your diagnosis. Just have a healthy lifestyle and keep track.of your cycle in case it does go wonky. Important for you to track ovulation though with temp and tests!
I think we are the same! So weird that I was diagnosed with PCOS provided that I menstruate every month regularly like 1 day later or 1 day advance or exactly the same day. I am starting to chart my temp and ovulation tests hehe still waiting for my BB thermometer.
Same with me. I am diagnosed with PCOS but I do have regular cycle. I don’t have cyst, but my OB told me that it is because of the quality of egg I am producing. Been taking inducing pills (as prescribed by my OB). Did it twice already. Is it good to take inducing pills?

This morning I did two pregnancy tests. They both showed up with a very faint left side of test reading. The first one is a bit more clear still very faint and the second test shows a very faint line again in fact so faint that it could easily be mistaken as a negative result. My period is due tomorrow. What is it you advise I best do from here? Also just so you are aware in the last week I had very light red colour bleeding and yesterday it stopped plus this included slight abdominal pain like period cramping. Please do share with me your opinion. This would be much appreciated.
A faint line is a faint line! Congratulations! !!! Take super good care of yourself now and test again in 3 days to see if the line is darker.

My BBT chart has a dip on cycle day 18 and then the rise. I've also been using OPK strips daily for twice a day from two brands, but have all been negative. Any thoughts on why my BBT chart would look like I ovulated but all strips negative?

Your videos are very interesting. Could you make a video about Fallopian tube? I had an ectopic pregnancy about three years ago and lost my right Fallopian tube. For sure! It's already on my list! Don't worry about only ovulating from one side usually as your 1 fallopian tube can catch an egg from both ovaries! As far as triggering the left ovary I would recommend homeopathic treatment with a trained homeopath. I've seen it happen lots with women that I've worked with but you need a bit more tailored treatment than take this remedy or that one.

Hi, I have PCOS. My cycles range from 29 - 36 days. I have been using the cheap LH strips and have noticed that I get a peak for 2 days consecutively (sometimes 3). Is this something to be concerned about? I read somewhere that it could be an indication of low progesterone?

I'm pretty sure I have PCOS but I haven't been diagnosed. My doctor has never even tested or looked for it. I have a short cycle usually around 24 to 28 days. Sometimes my period is 1 to 4 days, but I spend 1 to 3 days spotting afterwards. Is there is something I should be bringing to my doctor's attention?

Hello, I have pcos and I have undergone rounds of femara to help me ovulate. However it has resulted I’m two pregnancies ending in miscarriage. We have concluded I can get pregnant but not stay pregnant. Any advice on how to improve egg quality?
My Issue is that I do not have CM and hence don't know when I ovulate. My periods are regular but I do have PCOS . Apart from some hair on my chin, there are no other symptoms of pcos. TTC since 2 years no luck :( Going to try Raspberry tea this cycle. Pray for me.

Hi, I have PCOS since a very long time. Since last 6 months we have been trying for a baby but to no avail. My gynaec put me on Myoinositol for a month and asked us to try naturally for a couple of months. Last week i had some skin allergy and I had to visit a dermatologist. We went and had blood test and result was number count 32 Hcg positive. The doctor said it is low because I should be 4 - 5 weeks pregnant as she counted from my last period. Consuming less sugar and no milk definitely and I used Stevia with sugar free powder coffee cream and definitely I used to drink decaf and I even cut out the decaf and coffee altogether! After my period my BBT is in the 20’s until I start to ovulate & it goes up to 97.35-.45 but someone said 97.25 is not a correct reading
I got a very dark line compare to the control line and CM is a high amt. of raw eggwhite (tmi) but I don’t count the body temp cuz it annoys me since it is not changing much or goes up and down and i hate to keep track ; i feel like the positive LH and confirming Cm are the most essential, plus nausea and headache. But how many days should the lh stay positive? It is the third day, i checked it was positive again

Just to clarify, can I ovulate a few days before my “period” I know it’s not an actual period because I haven’t ovulated yet or at all but I had an LH surge three days before my expected period one month and I didn’t try that day because I had already had what I thought was my surge on CD 13. I thought I was in my TTW and just didn’t get pregnant that month. If I had tried that LH surge day that was three days before my period could I have actually conceived? I’m feeling so defeated about all this.

I have done the ovulation test 4 days fertile windows and it jeeps giving me peak in one day and negative on the other and that been like that for 3 weeks
But when I test in the other clear blue 2 days fertile window test using the test strip from the new pack it gives me negative
So is my new test faulty
And is it ok that I am using the test strip from the new test on the old machine

I have been diagnosed with PCOS last Thursday but I have pretty regular cycles. Does that mean I don´t ovulate but still get my period every month?
