I registered with Payonner about 2 years ago, but never used it. Now, I would like to, but I can't log in. It said my email and passport don't match. They prompted me to change my password, and received an email from them to reset. But then they sent me to another form, where they ask for my email, phone number and date of birth. But again it said it didn't match (maybe I made a mistake in my records). It said anytime I'm stuck contact them. I sent an email, but didn't get a reply. I called their numbers, but all I got was a recording, asking me to enter my customer number, then it said they only deal with clients receiving funds, and said go back to the customer service site.
If I were you, I would open a new Payoneer account. There are no restrictions in creating more than one account.
I need to create a Payoneer Account.
In the registration process, my phone number has not been verified.
Verification code has been received via SMS to my phone, but when I try to verify the code, it says that, “invalid code try again”.
I tried several times, and it said "try after one hour", I tried after one hour but it did not work.
Then, I changed the computer browsers and tried, but it did not work.
After that I changed my laptop and tried and changed my phone numbers and tried but it did not work.
