Min Heejin did not do Psycho. She left in 2018 and Psycho is from 2019.
She left in 2019 and join Hybe in the same year,psycho is her last work with red velvet

The thing is that she makes really beautiful and youthful concepts that every loves as they bring a long for youth freedom and exploration kind of feeling. However he obsession with working with* young people who have even gotten teh chance to finish middle or highschool almost directly feeds into this idea of forever wanting youth and that feeling of young curiosity if you get what I mean. I dint think she is a bad CEO (or whatever you call the ppl who make concepts), in fact u think she is one of the best in the industry however she shoudl have been held more legally accountable for her actions

min heejin is definitely a genius and a very artistic person. shes truly great at what she does. Her concepts change between groups and comebacks so I love the way her style isn’t consistent. however after she left SM, i was quick to notice how many if not all of her work has a sort of nostalgic-youthful kind of background and though people describe it as taking stroll through memory lane, ive started to see it as a strange fixation with being youthful and timeless. to her, debuting at a young age means they’re at that time where most of your nostalgia comes from. though its true, theres a better way to express that kind of concept on adults rather than children that haven’t even got to finish high school.

I don’t know how to describe the music…the music she makes feel so…lightweight. Maybe even refreshing. It doesn’t feel like a ton load of notes. It’s arranged properly. You can actually listen to most of these without getting too bored or needing a break.

@@vaniakanti593 i think the music was chosen by the producer (in this case it's lee soo man), then the creative department create the album concept for the chosen tracks. creative director usually works only with the visual aspect of the album.
actually, there is one video where jungwoo & doyoung of NCT interview one of SM employees. her role is A&R (Artist & Repertoire) head unit for NCT and it was explained that A&R department is the one that select/curate songs for the artist.
