The kwangya concept isn't bad and he didn't make any new concept for SM since 2016/17 as you can see in the video

If you don't believe me, go see the no. of albums sm and hybe sold in the past 6 months I'm pretty sure sm didn't sell 50% of the albums sold by hybe and also don't forget to see the turnover of both the companies of 2021.
