Connect Email Hosted Elsewhere to Google Workspace Through Wix

I have been working on this process for MONTHS trying to figure out how to use Google workspace through Wix with an already established email that I have through a different hosting service (Bluehost). I did not want to switch my domain because the client uses their email daily for business and could not be without it for 7-14 days (who could? That's a long time)!

Wix does an abysmal job at explaining how to set this up, what you need to pay for and don't. When you speak to them they can't even help you. They just say they can't advise you on Google Workspace, and of course there is no one at Google that you can speak to. I'm going to try your tips. I hope it works.Thanks!

Thank you for sharing. I am trying to create another business email but I am getting this error message, "You already have a Google Workspace business email account for . You can manage it from the Google admin console. Learn more" and I do not know what to do or how to add another email. Please advise.

That's exactly the way I feel about it. I have already connected both but I have two separate bills to pay. I don't know if there's a way to avoid that

Do you know how to disconnect Google workspace away from Wix? I need to move a domain name from Wix, but I need to save two Gmail account (bought via Wix) with all materials at those Workspace.

Thanks for the comment, so sorry for the delayed response. Oh goodness…that’s a good question and I’ve never done that before. I would contact Google if at all possible and ask them. I would assume you could also call Wix and get some support there but Google would probably be more apt to help in this situation. Let me know how it goes please!

Say you have a domain/website through Wix but don't pay the $12 per month on Google workspace, rather use an alias through an @gmail email, AND wanted to create more alias email addresses for other separate gmail accounts. Is that possible? To say another way, is it possible to use multiple gmail accounts to create alias emails through my domain hosted by Wix? Any help is welcomed, having hard time find this info online.

I’d love your help. I created a business gmail through wix. At first, I couldn’t get in and Gmail led me through a domain change which transferred domain from wix to Google. Finally got it transferred back but then after a few days I stopped receiving email to that address. Then got logged out and the steps they suggest are the same as before.
How can I get my Gmail (business acct thru wix) to start working without transferring the domain again??
