I have a monthly subscription for a home kit where I'm administering glutithione through injection. I'm about one month in and the benefits have been great.
I received a bottle of the liposomal glutathione yesterday. Started it last night. I have diverticulosis so I hope this helps. I got so many new things I can’t remember what I’m taking for what 😂 but I know there was a reason for all.
I have been taking Liposomal Glutathione 2400 mg capsules for two weeks. Also, I have been consuming cruciferous veggies, 5 pasture-raised eggs, grass-fed meat, and poultry with the skin for 2 years as part of my ketogenic lifestyle. Thank you.
Glutathione was recommended to me about 4 years ago and it as a great supplement. But at $100 per tube, it's been a while since I've taken it. It's nice to see some less costly alternatives. Thank you for the info and the links!
I am not one who can ever tell a significant difference with supplements but I noticed a definite improvement in my mood and energy level within a week after starting it. Both my mother and I have no gallbladder and I’m thinking of having her try it as well. That amount of veg is not within the realm of possibility for us.
I've been making and taking my own DIY Liposomal Glutathione for many years. I'm doing it on faith without testing. 25 years ago I had 12x normal mercury via hair analysis but I got it down to normal after DMSA oral chelation and IV EDTA chelation and oral alpha lipoic acid a la Andrew Cutler protocol. Mine has 33g of Glutathione per pint, so about 350mg per tsp.. It makes me feel better immediately afterwards. Not planning on stopping any time soon lol.
Hi. I would love to know your full method of manufacture. Right not I'm making my own Liposomal Vitamin C, 40% Vodka method, from the qualityliposomalc page. Let all know please!😇
@@winstonbrown1516 I follow that method too for Liposomal C. For the glutathione I just have been winging it more or less with that method as a template but I use 33.3 g of Reduced Glutathione (from Bulk Supplements) dissolved in 281.3g of distilled or purified water. Then it goes to the blender and I add 88.8g of Everclear and the non GMO Soy Lecithin, preferably the high phosphatides stuff like Fearn. You pretty much know the rest. I usually blend on one day and sonicate on the next, not allowing either process to get over 32.5 C, at which point it goes into the fridge to cool down. When I am sonicating I put some plastic wrap held on with a rubber band over the 1L glass beaker which is suspended just above the bottom of the ultrasonic cleaner. There is a slit in the plastic wrap for a plastic stirrer and I stir it between 8m cycles of the HF ultrasonic cleaner. There is also a digital thermometer that is pierced through the plastic wrap to monitor. That's pretty much it. I'm sure the commercial stuff is better but until I figure out a better method that I can afford, this is it. Good luck.
I have heard it does but I have never recommended it for skin lightening. Most people tolerate it well but some people have insomnia or don't feel good on it. It is safe with many meds but there are some it may interact with or increase the effects of. Check a medication interaction checker to know for sure they are available online.

Not independently but in the context of it being the master antioxidant and being an essential nutrient in detoxification and mitochondrial health, it can really help energy and hormone production in that way, this helping cortisol balance and adrenal fatigue.

I read that levels of glutathione diminish with age (same concept with collagen). So once you reach 30s, it starts gradually getting lower. If in your 40s, I'd assume that the levels are even lower. Also, Inflammation in the body lowers the levels of naturally occurring levels of glutathione. For example, the Inflammation could have lingered after a sickness. I'll give a personal example: Ever since I recovered from C0_vid last year, I still didn't feel 100%. Maybe it was long C0_vid? I don't know. But I kept getting discomfort and pain in my lower rib area and mid-upper spine area. X-rays and CT scans didn't show anything. An osteopath conclided that the discomfort was in the muscle surrounding the spine and rib. Nothing was helping for a whole year. But fast forward to present day, I started taking glutathione for over a week now and the pain/discomfort is gone from those areas (touch wood - its early days yet). My stool habits have also improved (but that's another story for another day, lol). I didn't even buy glutathione for the purposes of my ribs/spine/stools, but it was a pleasant surprise! I can only conclude that the sickness that I had last year left behind Inflammation in my body, which in turn lowered my glutathione levels (and I'm also in my 40s).

Saleet Jafri * The hydrogen peroxide is removed by catalase or glutathione oxidase and converted to water. The glutathione that is oxidized to glutathione disulfide is converted back to glutathione by glutathione reductase consuming NADPH in the process. The regeneration of NADPH uses the nicotinamide nucleotide transhydrogenase which requires a proton gradient and membrane potential across the mitochondrial inner membrane. The local ischemia that results from the formation of a myofascial trigger point will result in a decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential and increase in extramitochondrial proton concentration (decreased pH) [108, 109]. This reduces the ability of the muscle to remove reactive oxygen species and should contribute to the maintenance of high reactive oxygen species level that leads to sustained myofascial trigger points.

It's water soluble but excess amounts can cause some digestive distress so it's best to test your levels to be sure you actually need it, and watch out for excess side effects (not common but possible).
There was a study conducted where they gave a % of women NAC, and the rest of the women placebos. It said that after 3 months, the women who were taking NAC reported that their fibroids shrunk by up to 25%. Look up "NAC and fibroids", and the study should come up. NAC creates glutathione when it enters the body.

Hmm, not usually, but those side effects could mean that is was rapidly detoxing your system. Try doing a smaller dose, while at the same time adding in a fiber supplement at night like modified citrus pectin, taken 1 hour away from food, meds, or supplements, to help the detox reaction.
