Why do you guys keep asking for the kits we've already had? Dijeh came out quite recently in a 1/100 scale. And the kit was quite nice. Psycho Gundam 1/144 is fine as is. I have it, it's expensive and I doubt they'll do another one that won't sell, just like the original didn't. MK2 would be nice but I'd expect a 4000 yen price tag on that one even if it would come out, which it won't. I'd buy it in an instant though. There are so many new kits that never saw the light of day and you keep asking for another Exia, literally. The most sought after kit is definitely a 1/100 Kshatriya. You went in a different direction there. You had a 1/144 and wanted a bigger scale. Here, you have a bigger scale but you want a smaller one now. Why, is beyond me. Now i get that there are fans of the proportion thing of the 1/144. A lot of people swear by it saying that the best proportions come out of a 1/144 kit but I just can't see the logic behind that. A mechanical space robot-like tank-like machine with arms, legs and 50 20m riffles doesn't care for no proportions. It doesn't need perfect proportions. It's not a Dior model, it's a giant space war machine.
ZakuAurelius it doesn't add much articulation but it is a very neat looking detail. The whole shoulder feels amazing. The way the pauldron moves around the shoulder it's pretty minxy
Just ordered mine! I've been waiting to get this since it was announced and it's finally here! I would love to see the Refined Barzam get released as P-Bandai too.
The Barzam's design is so damn weird to me, but this is a pretty neatly engineered kit. Now, it just makes me wanna get a conversion kit for the RG or HGUC Titans Mk.II...
I find it funny that this kit has Beautiful Parts separation but the HG revive Zeta's wings red trim are Stickers lol 😆 but this kit is pretty amazing I'd Buy a MG
I remember when this kit came out I was so curious about how it was constructed. Like sometimes when you build so much you get used to the same design such as for Zakus or IBO kits, but this really ignited my curiosity and blew me away.
I agree with you when you say that this is a obscure design that will not appeal to everyone. I like the historical significance of this mobile suit. It is basically the Gundam Mark 2 version of the GM. I was curious what the Gundam Mark 2 was developed into so I did a bit of research and it was this. That is about as much interest in this mobile suit that I have That being said, it is super fun to put together as usual. It's solid as a rock yet not a brick. The hands look capable of accepting any accessory that was not designed for a dedicated trigger finger. The beam Sabers fit into a hands extremely well as well.
Jetfire48 Yeah, and did anyone notice how similar the box arts are... The pose is almost exactly the same... The only major difference is the background
It kind of feels like it has mini Shields on both of its forearms. Like a some type of Buckler. It kind of reminds me of The Shield from the red Warrior
Any inputs/comments for P-Bandai weiss barzam? It looks very cool for the white & yellow combination with a little touch of red parts. I'm kinda liking it but need your advice if it is worth to buy or just to buy a normal barzam. Thank you!
I haven’t built the HGUC MkII Revive or a HGUC Barzam yet, but does anyone know if the Barzam torso fits on the MkII Revive waist? To kinda part swap/kitbash a rudimentary Refined Barzam? Like use the Barzam head and torso with the MkII Revive arms, waist and legs
I don’t know off hand but I would assume that would be an easy mod if they don’t fit right away. You could always check the scans of the manuals on dalong.net
I wish it was possible to make gunpla without nubs entirely but I know that's to much to ask so I'll just keep perfecting my nub removal technique on all the kits I got back when I was younger and didn't know what I was doing then. now my 1/100 deathscythe hell looks better and some parts even fit better. I've started on fixing my NT-1 cause I hadn't removed any of the nubs on that either I've done all the extra armor for it but not the mobile suit itself it's kinda been on the back burner though cause I've been putting together new kits I've gotten which are the transient glacier (snapped) and the age fx (still snapping) and then I'm getting the gp-04 gerbera for my bday in 6 days but I'm not supposed to know that and after I get that snapped I'm gonna work on all my painting projects and finishing up some 40k stuff that needs arms glued on still and repairs from travel damage (finally got a better way to transport them around so they won't break as easily on me)
Daniel Z lol I've got a non grade tallgeese 3 I've painted actually or I should say I'm in the process of painting it almost done though and since I don't have an airbrush it's all can and handbrushed but I'm used to painting 40k miniatures so all the nice big flat surfaces on gunpla are extremely fun to paint but the last couple kits I've gotten I got because I wanted to do minor color swaps on
I want the mobile worker but at the same time I hate its color. I haven't tried to paint anything yet and I wasn't half bad with a airbrush in art class.
Hey Zach, do you have a RG MK-II Titans colors and your old RG RMS-154 Refined Barzam Conversion Kit???? It would be great to see that convertion kit now!
Hey Zaku just curious, I see Barzam's head can go onto the MK-II but can the MK-II head go on the Barzam? I saw a picture a while ago from Mace of Judgement that had a Barzam with MK-II head. I am wondering if the HG can replicate that.
White Glint it probably won't happen but if it did it definitely wouldn't be a p-bandai kit it would be basically an entirely new kit other than a few pieces shared between the revive Gundam mk 2
7:31 be super careful with the legs. That exposed gray plastic piece that connects the thigh to the hip is extremely weak. I was just messing with mine and I wasn't super careful and it's starting to show stress marks.
WOW! I have never realized that before but yes it really does look like one. Maybe one of the later baddies! I think the Dunbine anime came out a few years prior to Zeta so maybe they say some old episodes and got some inspiration.
If you follow me on Instagram, you'll see the photo I just posted from attempting to snap the CuteCube conversion kit for the RG today... not recommended! haha
Now we need a Bar-GM and Barzam refined type as HGUC kits but not P Bandai.
Bandai Namco on it's way to make both Rick Dias colors p-bandai
Hopefully a Dijeh HGUC or a revive Rick Dias comes out sometime! This sort of engineering would compliment those suits quite well.
Sono I would love to see a HGUC psycho gundam (evolution project) and psycho gundam mk 2
Dijeh would be great since it didn't have a HGUC kit back in the early 2000s
they've downscaled the efreet into an hguc so it's possible

Good god I would absolutely adore a release of a Psyco Gundam MKII !! I Fully expect it to never happen though.
You know, you can pull out the shoulder joints for more arm articulation. The new Zeta HG works the same way.
MrFlunkorg forgot that!
DoubleSuperWoodman Or just a regular release for those of us who don't have a lot of money
DoubleSuperWoodman A refined barzam would differ so much from the revive mk2 and barzam though it would essentially a new mold at that point
Jetfire48 That's why I was saying a regular release... most P-Bandai kits are either color swaps or just a few new parts... not a whole new kit
Blerim Kamberi it was beautiful. I picked it up a couple days ago. And a bawoo
Just ordered one off of amazon I’m so hyped
Also just in case anyone was wondering. I just noticed that this kid actually only uses a grand total of 6 poly caps.
The design looks like a star with the Head,Shoulder pads, Chest and Thighs.
Barzam don't even need stickers.
Tomé Filho well it does for the little red accents
I remember when this kit came out I was so curious about how it was constructed. Like sometimes when you build so much you get used to the same design such as for Zakus or IBO kits, but this really ignited my curiosity and blew me away.
It does look good for a HGUC kit. I'm partial to the unorthodox designs from the Zeta series so I may pick this up.
I agree with you when you say that this is a obscure design that will not appeal to everyone. I like the historical significance of this mobile suit. Pretty neat kit I'll say and I'm glad the barzam got such a nifty kit after we were teased by build fighters
Jetfire48 Yeah, and did anyone notice how similar the box arts are... The pose is almost exactly the same... The only major difference is the background
Christopher Grisham I did i teased zack about not meantioning how the boxart was similar and people got mad at me for a simple tease lol
Jetfire48 People need to learn how to tell when someone is teasing around and not always be so serious
It kind of feels like it has mini Shields on both of its forearms. Like a some type of Buckler. It kind of reminds me of The Shield from the red Warrior

@@ZakuAurelius I didn’t even think about dalong. Thank you sir!
ahh yes, one of my fave MS, the space dwarf
what a time to be alive
it's Danny Devito Gundam
I wish it was possible to make gunpla without nubs entirely but I know that's to much to ask so I'll just keep perfecting my nub removal technique on all the kits I got back when I was younger and didn't know what I was doing then. now my 1/100 deathscythe hell looks better and some parts even fit better. One day you might even consider painting them. But there's time. Take it easy. :D
Daniel Z lol I've got a non grade tallgeese 3 I've painted actually or I should say I'm in the process of painting it almost done though and since I don't have an airbrush it's all can and handbrushed but I'm used to painting 40k miniatures so all the nice big flat surfaces on gunpla are extremely fun to paint but the last couple kits I've gotten I got because I wanted to do minor color swaps on
Now I guess a proper Barzam Refined next.
A really good year for gunpla kits
Looks like a solid kit. Stature is reminiscent of the origin mobile worker :)
Great kit! One of my favorite HGs this year so far
Yep! I unboxed that conversion kit ages ago, and I'm actually working on building that today! So I'll have that review coming up soon.
Thanks, man!
thought Zack has a refined barzam conversion kit last year.
Trevor Ho he does
I'd be pretty happy with a bar-gm variant of the kit even though it's obscure as hell
Xevonn HalfGoat The Barzam GM honestly is the only real thing the can be retooled from this kit
Jetfire48 here's to hoping that they do it eventually then
Xevonn HalfGoat it definitely would be p-bandai probably wouldn't be too expensive because most people probably would prefer the normal barzam still
Jetfire48 I really hope they do as I love the re interpreted head
Awesome video as always keep up the good work
And i wish bandai will make a barzam kai
Awesome Kit, and awesome reivew. but i do have a Question: would you ever consider Reivewing the hyaku shiki with the mega bazooka launcher??
Hey Zaku just curious, I see Barzam's head can go onto the MK-II but can the MK-II head go on the Barzam? I saw a picture a while ago from Mace of Judgement that had a Barzam with MK-II head. I am wondering if the HG can replicate that.
LIGERZER0X1 lol, If one head fits on the other kit, wouldn't it make sense that the opposite would also be true? ;p
ZakuAurelius I was kind of worried seeing the peg on the Barzam is unique may be a little be bigger than the MK-II. But guess not.
Finally, high grades get really good color separation and low srickers. Kudos Gundam Revolution Project, kudos.
M E haven't a lot of HG Gundam kits been that way for a while...
M E that's how I felt and then Tristan happened
pretty nice model
do you have jegan ecoas type review
Patrick Mendoza I have the kit, but haven't reviewed it
I wouldn’t mind to buy a RE version of this 👌
Wow, it reminds me of the HGUC Methuss which I built recently - another very unconventional design
Yo what weapons come with this kit? Did I miss that part?
GuntPulp 2:36
I feel like the barzam could be used as a neo zeon suit
Gotta love those heels.
this kit always reminds me of Wartortle
Now I'm really hoping for a Refined Barzam HGUC and hope it won't be P-Bandai
White Glint it probably won't happen but if it did it definitely wouldn't be a p-bandai kit it would be basically an entirely new kit other than a few pieces shared between the revive Gundam mk 2
7:31 be super careful with the legs. That exposed gray plastic piece that connects the thigh to the hip is extremely weak. I was just messing with mine and I wasn't super careful and it's starting to show stress marks.
can you play with these models?
Hey zach can you do a tutorail "how to scratch build" please
I watched this video a while ago but I forgot to drop a like. I am doing so now
Baund Doc when?
yes please!
I'm just glad we got a kit which isn't a lower body with an ugly skirt and peg sticking out for the upper body.
He looks like he's wearing a puffy shirt.
the barzam still looks more like an aura fighter.
WOW! I have never realized that before but yes it really does look like one. Maybe one of the later baddies!
I think the Dunbine anime came out a few years prior to Zeta so maybe they say some old episodes and got some inspiration.
I won't mind a P-Bandai Refined Barzam.
If you follow me on Instagram, you'll see the photo I just posted from attempting to snap the CuteCube conversion kit for the RG today... not recommended! haha
i hope bandai can make a mg Barzam
Fan Zhang RE1/100 probably would be more likely
2?
Speaking of differently shaped, I'm anticipating building the RE 1/100 Hamma-Hamma
I'm really looking forward to the Hamma Hamma
Barzam sounds like something, someone would shout when punching people in the face.
it reminds me of a turtle
Its crotch gun is shifted aside...It needs medical help.
it doesn't look like the barzam i saw 30years ago. . .
firstttt
RKO HHH woah great original comment that accomplishes nothing
Jetfire48 yeahh....nothing.......
RKO HHH if you gonna do a first comment at least say something worth while
Jetfire48 okay....i hate number 48
RKO HHH something that actually relates to the video 😒
