The Hrairoo can be built as the regular Gaplant or itself, and it has two trigger-finger hands. It also has the accessories. It only lacks the booster. So... I say the Hrairoo is the better buy overall. Just got mine today. Once I finish some housework I've been putting off for too long, I'm gonna build it.
It's awesome you can still build a regular Gaplant out of it. Are there enough parts to build both heads or do you have to choose between the gundam and original?
@@randompheidoleminor3011 I've since sold all my Gunpla since the original post, however I believe both heads are different enough that they may have their own parts. You may want to Google Dalong and check his parts photos for this kit
Did a repaint on one of these. Basically made all the white parts red. Makes it look much more like a Zeonic reprise of a Gundam. Also made the gray parts metallic colored. Looks nice, but it’s still really fiddly.

It's a bunny killing a bird because most of the advance of Zeta suits are named after characters from Watership Down which are all rabbits the two main characters of the book are fiver (tr5) and Hazel with the main protagonist of the book being woundwort starting to sound familiar? Let me know if I just blew your mind lol
funny you should mention this...me and my wife just sat down and watched the Netflix Watership down and i was like woah...alot of these rabbits have Mobile Suit names...granted alot of those things (Orchis, Hazel, Woundwort) are also flowers...glad i made that connection without realizing i was bang on and that was the inspiration...thanks for confirming my suspicions..(and yes, mind kind of blown)
I'm a little late to the hazel madness party, but I wanted to ask if the blade rifle parts are compatible with the Hazel's beam rifle. Those did connect lore-wise, right?
I got a Hrairoo. I like it, but it is a pain to get on a stand. The waist and back skirt are floppy, the V fin won't even fit, and some parts were just hard to even put on. At least I have all 3 of the main AoZ kits.

Just FYI. You can attach the arms of the HG Psycho Gundam to the Shoulder Units of the HG Hrairoo, thereby giving it an awesome 4-arm gimmick similar to the Gusion Rebake and All-Range Attack capability. I don't thing it can still transform into MA mode after doing this, though.
Yeah, no prob. It's surprising how they never mentioned this in the instructions of the Hrairoo. I can't verify if it's on the instructions of the Psycho, since I don't own an HG of that behemoth. Still, there's lineart of this in the Hrairoo's wiki page, and its shoulder units actually have the pegholes to fit the arms of the Psycho.
He's gonna build the sheild booster variant ? Holy crap I thought that would take a week of modding to do this just went up priority ladder on the buy list

Never been a fan of the Hrairoo's looks so will be building mine as a regular Gaplant. Love the TTT colours compared to the normal paint scheme.

You will have to supply then yourself, just like everything in the AoZ line.

Psyco Zaku, Dooben Wolf/Silver Bulet, Neo Zeong, Anksha, ReZEL Type-C and Palace Athene are the first ones that come to mind
