Same here, had level 50 Laurie from about late 2017 until the prestige update.
It's still so bullshit that we only got red character backgrounds (that no one but yourself can even see) for all the grind we did before the next Bloodweb rework + losing all Perks, Items, Offerings and Addons every time we prestiged.

Still don’t understand players who value Blood Points over Shards during community vote mini events.
Same. BP are so easy to get now compared to how it used to be where as shards are still a grind.
shards dont affect gameplay, for newer players who don’t have a lot of time to spend grinding every day getting blood points can still be a kind of miserable task just to unlock teachables
I remember for certain characters I would get to level 50, then try to exhaust every good item and offering while playing, and then prestige them

Otz having every old char with a red border is now even more impressive to me.
I do have to admit that i like the idea that perks were a bit more limited. Nowadays having every perk on every char is so easy
One major update i'd love to see is transitionning from one level to another faster. Like, instead of increasing level with the big level change prompt asking us to click one time to discover the new bloodweb, to only see the level getting +1 at the top left corner of the screen directly (with the level getting bigger for 2 seconds, or whatever). That way, bloodweb would finally be optimal to use imo.
Considering the pop-up we get at the bottom when we get skins/charms after claiming them in the store, I thing this is pretty easy to set up.

Honestly, I prefer the system with just prestige 3 maximum. The other bloodweb changes are great, but prestiging a character right now means nothing, literally, outside of making it harder to get better rarity items and perks (if you don't have all character at p3). Like, literally characters who I didn't prestige before changes and kept leveling them alongside those I did reset to zero to get free p3/6/9 have way more better quality items/addons. That's dumb, bloodwebs feel like they are full of pointless fillers just so players wouldn't be able to get good stuff easily (while ignoring the fact that people who already were having those items are free to do whatever, because they have massive stacks of those already, that they've got on previous system).
Dude the BP grind isnt even that bad. And they dont take awhile to spend, i find myself running out insanely fast lol
They are now changing it to where you can instantly prestige
it still sucks no reason I shouldn't have a auto buy button for a new character when I have everyone else prestige.
There needs to be a mass usage ability

It still sucks leveling the first time
Man i remember how i was thinking of prestiging a survivor to P3 (i think it was Tap) just so that i can have a character act as a "storage" for event offerings and items. Since i would no longer need to prestige them
They also highly increased the speed of purchasing nodes in the blood web with the auto-purchase update (before you had to hold down on the interaction for like half a second, now you can just click).
super strange to see people still complain about the speed though! maybe they've made acquiring BP a bit too easy, since people seem to have trouble spending them all
I like how on mobile you can insta buy everything at once then do it again and see how many BP you'll spend. Also personally like how you level people by playing them instead of blood points.

its still weird selecting my P3 bill to see he has no items or offerings because I prestiged him back before the bloodweb changes.
I feel like a good change would be to put in number of levels you would like to level up and then it gives you what you would've made
First instance it would give you like 24 brown medkits, 19 brown toolboxs, 2 escape cakes, 1 green flashlight etc
That way it goes by like 50x times faster
And you could Still have the original way so players can pick out what they want
That's a good suggestion although I'm not sure whether it's possible or not, since the game will have to calculate and generate a lot of bloodwebs in advance it will probably be extremely laggy if it's possible
Would love some filter for auto bloodweb to choose what we want. Like upgrade yourself but if there is syringe, take it and then the rest. Also they should make key and map add-ons way more rare. i got like 25 maps but 170+ map offerings after 20 prestiges
Could you do a video on the history of the rift? I began playing around Q3 2020 but was only began paying attention to it once the Bill tome + cosmetic became a thing
The bloodweb is a big S..T. You have to spend your point on addons you will never use. And it takes ages if you character is on 0 presige level.
I think they've hit the perfect on the bloodweb...
I still remember the time before the speed up update when you need 20 minutes to level up your character after the rank reset

i remember old dbd i've been playing since the console release and the bloodweb was horrible
they really do take a ton of time to spend still
God I was so split on prestiging Bill and Feng before the 6.0.0 bloodweb update. I prestige Feng but left Bill. So now I have two bloody cosmetic outfits with my now P5 Bill cause before he was P2. Still feels weird seeing that but now I should put him in P6 to get the last cosmetic item.
But also I managed to get my Feng to P16-18 and my Mikaela is sitting at P30. Now I'm focusing on my Yui.

The idea of the bloodweb still suck IMO...WHy can't we just play the game with the itens we want?
I mean, if you get to prestige 2 or 3 you'll have already grinded enough to where you can pretty much play with whatever item you want
