It is the flag of a religious group called Markazi Ishaat Tawhid wa Sunnah founded by Allama Ahmad Saeed Multani and currently led by his son Qari Kaleemullah
They are largely based in Punjab province of Pakistan, particularly the Saraiki belt. Qari Kaleemullah, who is the current Amir of the group, lives in Kabirwala in Khanewal district. I have met him personally and attended their program a few Ramadans ago when I was in Pakistan. Their creed is focused on Tawhid, Oneness of Allah and passionately preach against grave veneration and amulets. Among their doctrines: 1. magic is unreal and did not affect the Prophet (AS) 2. eating the dhabihah of mushrikeen (grave-worshipers) is haram, 3. tamaim (hanging amulets) is shirk, 4. the deceased cannot hear, 5. the Prophets are not alive in their graves. He is not saying that. From the religion is to wear clothes of the people and not to stand out. It is well known fact, that over here in America (unless you live in a town where foreign muslims are heavy and their clothes are known) then to wear the thowb and izaar is seen as a dress and skirt. And one should not wear it. Even in Morocco and other parts of West Africa, the izaar is seen only as a women’s article of clothing and men do not wear it! And if they did they would be considered one who imitates women.
And what we know as the thowb today, the prophet did not wear this. They wore shirts and izaars, and sometimes pants, or two sheets, and cloaks. But this is all custom.

Could they of mounted horses or camels wearing a thawb without rolling the kameez up exposing legs etc. There had to of be a split in the kameez
Or it was shorter
