This video has made me want a cricut. Finally, a reason to want one. I have an opportunity to buy a gently used one from a friend, and almost decided to pass. But on a last effort search for genuine art applications for the tool, I found this video, and it tipped the scale. I saw you made this video 3 years ago. But wanted you to know, it is still inspiring. Thanks.
Thank you thank you for this video, could just come and give you a hug, I have a cricut maker I bought for my retirement 3 years ago, I have done a few things with it and that’s it, I just recently got into making journals and have bought expensive stencils, then I came across your video and you make it sound soooo easy and a lightbulb came on in my brain, alls I can say is Thank you🦋🦋🦋
You have inspired me to dust off my Cricut! I didn’t realize you could make your own chipboard with it! What a game changer! Thanks for sharing your time and fabulous tips with us!!❤️
Excellent information. Bought Maker last year then discovered Big Shot and embossing folders through a card maker summit. Having the Maker I knew I could make stencils and probably embossing folders, but I hadn’t tried it yet.Happy I found this video.
Omg this is a big game changer for sure! I was firmly against getting a circuit because I thought it was going to be so difficult and intimidating that I wanted nothing to do with it. But you completely changed my mind! Thank you for this video! I can't wait to see more! Ahhhh this is exciting!!
This was great Tiffany I love watching you create! You did a great job of introducing tha machine and showing every aspect of how to use it! Well done!
WOW THANK YOU!! I have had my cricut since last Christmas. Besides a 2 of the suggested projects I have not touched it. I wanted 1 to make reusable stencils for pie business. But have been so intimidated!! I have 2 questions. Your mat and the tape you use where can I find it? Or what is it called my hubby bought me the ultimate package so much stuff. Also what setting would you use for food grade acetate? Thanks for helping me not be intimated.
Amazing beautiful job I loved watching you did a great job and I could believe what you did the power of the Holy Spirit God is good how beautiful our gifts and talents thank you Lord!
Thank u so much for this video- I bought this machine 2 months ago & I look at it everyday thinking 🤔 .... how hard is this thing going to be to use? You made it look so easy..... Today is the day, I am goin to plug it in, set it up and get cutting. ✂️😊
This inspires me to try using my cricut again. I got mine over a year ago and the first time I used it the paper stuck to the mat and ripped so bad that I have never tried it again.
Such fun projects and a great overview of the new Cricut. My Cricut is very old, but I still love it. It is old enough that it still works with Sure Cuts a Lot software. I love the options that the software provides, but Design Studio looks great! Maybe I can actually upgrade!
Congratulations girlfriend!!!! I’m so happy for you!!! 🖤🖤🖤🖤 I love the stencils you e cut out and it makes me want to dust my Cricut off and have a play!!! Your projects came out so cool!!!
I wish I would've watched this a few months ago! I cut my own stencils on Yupo paper & acetate sheets but will/want to try actual stencil material (the others were very flimsy).
What a wonderful video! The quality is perfection 😏 also the circuit has gotten better over the years I’m totally in the market for a second cutting machine! Tfs.
Love the video Tiffany. I've been using my Cricut Maker for a while cutting scrapbooking layouts. Like the idea of cutting my own chippie...just not tried it yet. I hope you also do some videos on designing and creating chippie :)
Loved this video. We have a cricut explore air 2. I'm not seeing the background pages, or all the listings for the different materials. I have a PC computer. Your video is a year old now, hope you see this comment.
Hi can you please show a video on how you pick up all those complicated stencil pieces I’m dying over here making these complicated stencils and then idk how to pick up the small pieces or not to weed so much
Hey tiffany. Question? Those background files you were zipping thru. Are they cricut cutfiles or did you get them somewhere? If they are cricut files, were they provided w initial purchase or do you buy additiinal files? I ask becuz i completely regret buying the new brother DX. I bought it cuz it had built in scanner but u get no real cut files..just kiddie stuff, and the mat is a nightmare. Thanks so much!!
I think think they are cricuit cut files. I have seen these or similar in design space (the program you use to do the designing). They have a monthly membership called cricuit access where you pay a flat fee each month and you get tons of designs for free. Or can buy the designs ala carte for .99 and up.
Hello yes there is a deep cut blade that you can buy but I don't think a regular blade will do the job on super thick chipboard. I hope that helps. Thanks so much!
Hi Tiffany, thanks for showing how easy this is, now if I could find the background images... I've searched but cannot find them. Can you steer me in the right direction please?

That’s so awesome! Stencils are so expensive especially the nicer ones. Thank you for this video

Fantastic! I'm just getting into mixed media and I'm just floored by how much stencils cost. Now I can make my own with my cricut maker.

Thanks Tiffany! I have a Cricut Explore Air 2 as well but I’m not very good with it. I would love to see see more stencils and things that you cut.
This was great Tiffany I love watching you create! You did a great job of introducing tha machine and showing every aspect of how to use it! Well done!

You are very welcome!
Tyfs! Thanks also for the link to the reusable stencil material you found online

Hello! Did you end up using your machine? It really is so simple to use and set up!
This inspires me to try using my cricut again. I got mine over a year ago and the first time I used it the paper stuck to the mat and ripped so bad that I have never tried it again.

Beautiful & Very informative, thank you for sharing so many tips and tricks!
Thanks so much Lanette!
Very cool! I want to make my own stencils! And chipboard words would be great for card sentiments.
Hi Tiffany this video was wonderful. I was wondering what kind of liquid adhesive and paste you use?
Congratulations girlfriend!!!! I’m so happy for you!!! 🖤🖤🖤🖤 I love the stencils you e cut out and it makes me want to dust my Cricut off and have a play!!! Your projects came out so cool!!!
This was great, I have an old Cricut machine which I hardly use but now I think it may have a quick run out lol. Hugs x
Yes! Bust it out! There is so many uses for it! I like to do a lot at a time that way I am not dragging it out all the time. Thanks so much!
great job! you made it look sooo easy! TFS!

Glad it was helpful. Thank you!
Tiffany Solorio yes! I am already making my own stencils with clear sheets, and the transparency plus setting is perfect!
What a wonderful video! The quality is perfection 😏 also the circuit has gotten better over the years I’m totally in the market for a second cutting machine! Tfs.
I would totally get the Cricut Maker. It does so much more. Thanks so much for watching 🤗❤️

Thank You
Thanks so much for watching! I appreciate it!
Exactly what I’m looking for. I want to design my own stencils in Procreate and cut them out on the Cricut. Do you think this is possible?
Yes! It sure is! I design stuff in Procreate and email to myself then download it on my computer then upload it to design space. I hope that helps!
Loved this video. We have a cricut explore air 2. I'm not seeing the background pages, or all the listings for the different materials. I have a PC computer. Your video is a year old now, hope you see this comment.

Newbie here. First, thank you so much for your tutorial! Where do I find all the different stencils?
Hello. The stencils or the material to make them?
I need to dust off my Cricut and use it! Thanks for the tips!
Hey tiffany. Question? Those background files you were zipping thru. Are they cricut cutfiles or did you get them somewhere? Wanting to buy the same one but am I able to use a really thick chipboard with it instead of the cereal box cardboard?
Hello yes there is a deep cut blade that you can buy but I don't think a regular blade will do the job on super thick chipboard. I hope that helps. Thanks so much!
Hi Tiffany, thanks for showing how easy this is, now if I could find the background images...
I've searched but cannot find them. Can you steer me in the right direction please?
They are under backgrounds when you search. I show it in the video. Let me know if you need anymore help. Thanks so much!
Do you have to pay/ buy the programs for this machine. I'm from South Africa.
I’m not sure what you mean. In the description box I have links to the machine. I hope that helps.
what is the name of the material you used for the reusable stencil?
I get it on Amazon. It isn't too thick but works great. amzn.to/3D2OvjE
🤩
Do u have a link to this type of stencil material?
Yes it is this. amzn.to/37Mqyx5 (affiliate link)
Can you scan your own designs and pictures you hand drawn.Or ones from your computer
What kind of paste are you using.
Modeling paste. I hope this helps.
How do u stick the reusable stencil materials on the board? And how can i used arabic calligraphy on it?
The cutting mat is sticky. Yes you can import any images to the software. I hope that helps. Thanks so much for watching!
I'm getting closer to using my cricut that I've had for over a year and a half that I can't figure out.
Tiffany using shimmer??? What alternate universe have I entered?
😂😂😂 it is glitter gel so the glitter is contained!!! But you know me so well!!! 🤗
I’ve had my Cricut for 2 years and I still don’t know how to use it.
Jru Mulls -Jana SAME HERE 🥺🥺🥺 But I promised myself to get it out next weekend.... come on ... go for it 🤗🤗🤗🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Great tool, but nothing for my purpose. I absolutely don't have the space to store it and I don't create as many embellis myself.
It won’t cut my chip board at alllll
Oh no!! I am using a cereal box. It is pretty thin. Also your blade may need to be cleaned. I am here to help if/when I can. Thanks so much!
Why do you keep calling it a cricket??
Because it's a cricut. It is just how I pronounce the word...
@@Tiffany.Solorio oh maybe I'm wrong because I pronounce it like "cri cut" 🤔 Good video BTW it did help me out
