Eat mire fibres rather than eating junk food, do dome household chores, walk for half an hour rather than sitting whole day. Plus drink enough water for you. Not everyone needs 4 liters. I don't gave any constipation. I don't do any smoking or eating junk food.

This exercise has saved me of hospital bills. I had been asked to do a colonoscopy which is very a costly procedure yet all I needed to do was Asana and Malasana. Today I am very happy. Thank you for the this instruction, is the walk a part of Malasana(or is it called something else?). The more yoga I experience the more I notice that the hips are where the center of potential flexibility exists and one can always use more focus and patience than other Asanas.

Where I live it snows and gets very cold .... Very warming to drink hot water. Initially I used to drink hot water all day in the winter ... Till I realized it may not be good for me..... Now I restrict to mornings only
I live in the Northeast US - I start every day with two 8-oz glasses of warm water. I mix spring water with boiling water so it comes out 'warm', not hot. The Chinese call this yin/yang water. It has both cool and warm essence. I believe in the Ayurvedic tradition they like you to drink warm water. Cold water puts out the digestive fire.
