DRITTO | EDM DJ, Artist, and Producer Documentary

DRITTO is a Brooklyn-based independent DJ, artist, and music producer. Genre-bending between house, techno, electro, and trance, DRITTO has forged a name for himself in the EDM scene. He's had three tracks reach #4, #12, and #14 on the Beatport Big Room Top 100 Charts and regularly headlines shows around NYC.
In addition to a successful career producing and performing music, DRITTO has also recently started his own label, Glorious Purpose Studios. He's producing his own music under the label and plans to take on other artists as well. What's more, he's also planning on using the label to donate to military and veteran charities, increasing contributions as Glorious Purpose Studios gains traction.
Director Statement
I've known Mike (AKA DRITTO) for a few years now. I met him when he was my trainer at the gym and we've been friends ever since. He's got an infectiously positive energy, is extremely talented, and is just an all-around cool guy and was a perfect candidate for People Places Things.
I filmed DRITTO on a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4K and Voigtlander 10.5mm lens. Audio was captured using an Audio-Technica shotgun mic (mounted to the camera) and DJI Wireless Mics for interviews. Editing was done in Davinci Resolve.
