I realize I'm a little late to this party, but Prince is referring to Paisley Park, which was his home/recording studio/creative sanctuary in Minnesota. The people sitting around Prince are his cast mates from the film "Under the Cherry Moon."

Also, Prince was one hell of a philanthropist and has been for decades, he has helped propel many musicians' careers, he fought for musicians' right to own their own music. He was always willing to collaborate/work with talented people. I'd say he was a pretty flippin decent guy. His death is a massive loss to not only music lovers but to the people he has influenced with not only his musical prowess(instrumentally + lyrically) but his love for humanity. There will be none like him.
