no UHF is not great cinema, no UHF is not a top 50 comedy of all time..... but you have 0 sense of humor if you don't think a single joke landed, because UHF has a joke for practically every style of humor in existence.

The best part of this when Siskel makes fun of Yankovic's name and Ebert deadpans: "no, that's his real name." I was laughing hysterically that neither one of them laughed and was disappointed that neither mentioned the rival station.

Oh my gosh---THIS WAS BAD! I came here wanting to see if this was as bad as I remember, and it was WORSE! Let's just say---not one of Weird Al's better moments!

Gene Siskel used to hang out at the Playboy mansion. Explains a lot. After you've spent a couple of years looking at beautiful, naked women, movies seem like a loser proposition for entertainment. That guy almost NEVER gave a film any love!

Ya know, when I was very young I was a fan of Al's and I first found his "Straight Outta Lynwood" album. When I got into his older stuff, I saw him have a mustache and glasses with shorter hair. My mind refused to believe that was Al, and somehow two versions swapped at some point. I have the feeling if Al heard this, he would think something along the lines of "I wish I wrote that."

I thought the Gandhi 2 gag was hilarious. These guys are too stiff.

Weird AL paved the way for modern humor. AL has always been way ahead of his time. You Tube parodies and skits wouldn't exist without him. These two dinosaurs should have been put out to pasture for this ridiculous review.

I like Siskel and Ebert as much as other people who regard critics highly…which means strongly disagreeing with them quite often…such as UHF. Not every joke landed, like the turtle one, but Wheel of Fish and basically everything Stanley did worked for me. Ebert liked Cop and a Half anyway. Can’t understand.

When I was a kid, the Rambo parody made me laugh so hard as I wet myself. Weird Al is an American treasure. That man can do no wrong!

Loved these guys. I didn't always agree with them, and this was one movie I didn't agree with them about. UHF is really funny..
