It looks like Al is FINALLY starting to age. Considering he's looked 25 for the past 30 years, it was bound to happen eventually. Now that he's 55 he could maybe pass for 35.
Weird Al was my very first concert ever, and he was terrific. I have loved this man my entire life, and he's still brilliant. No one does clean comedy and satire better than the king.
Classic Weird Al. We all know that he was knighted for the amount of corn on the cobs he could fit into his mouth. It's a trick that goes over really well with the Royals.
Haha this feels like real interview. Honestly, I think Patrick Stewart would have been down to do an actual interview like this. He's always seemed like a well humored guy.
And starting in the 80s ! He was a pioneer! “Al TV is an American comedy TV series created by and starring singer-songwriter "Weird Al" Yankovic, which aired as periodic specials on MTV and VH1, beginning in 1984.” “Clips from Al TV, mainly fake interviews, are shown during costume changes in Yankovic's live shows. Yankovic's 1985 "documentary" The Compleat Al also included clips from AL TV.” en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al_TV
Heyyo, hahaha oh Weird Al... his "interviews" are amazing. Even his older ones he did with Madonna, Avril Lavigne, Jessica Simpson, Eminem and such... fantastic! :)
I was screaming at this. And if only they were there when I went to Comic-Con in Boston a couple years ago. I would have pulled an "I'm not worthy" and been crazy fan for a few minutes
Anyone find it Ironic that he mentioned Jim Balushi who is gonna be voice acting in a new called ''Dorothy of Oz'' which is also a movie Patrick Stewart's gonna voice act in? :)
OMG I can't believe I am finding this just now! LMFAO! "...dress like Shirley Temple..." Patrick must have been very flattered as he watched this and laughed his ass off. Excellent!
Funny, but I was disappointed that it wasn't a real interview. I think they should actually try to get a real interview between these two. That could either be really great, or a total disaster. :)
That was QUITE a good one!! BTW, I actually MET Al back in the I think early to mid 1980s - he was just "there" at at a screening of an animation festival in I think Pasadena California. I was inching along in the very long line to buy tickets and he was just there standing around by the ticket sellers, very naturally and unpretensious (FYI, he was quite famous around that time). I got to say hi and thank him for his great work - will never forget that night.
@Luxai"Not sure if real or not" Yeah man, because Weird Al is a ~known~ time-traveler. But really, thanks so much for bringing back Weird Al interview remixes.
OMG I can't believe you entered the center of the nerdmuda triangle and made it out. Just like sailors have entered the Bermuda triangle never returned; many nerds have entered the nerdmuda triangle and have never been seen again
I'm like 99% sure Patrick Stewart would have done this actual interview if someone just asked.
They're only good when they’re like this
I concur and Brent Spiner would have been happy to join in as well
Stewart actually would go along with it non scripted. Spiner would've done a data impression just to get Weird Al to bounce his jokes off of.
Totally!!! And so would have other talented actors or sci-fi icons
Just watch him in "Extras" with Ricky Gervais. He would.
To be fair, his grandchildren were probably forty when he took them to see The Human Centipede.
Patrick Stewart doesn't age gracefully. He ages by grabbing time and kicking it in the nuts.
I thought your profile pic was Patrick Stewart xD
Matt Shan LMAO That burns
That may be the truest thing I've ever read.
At least he can't go bald.
TheRealSiguy
He's old as fuck, and I'd STILL hit that. lol
Jim Belushi standing over your bed? That's nothing. John Belushi, now that's pure terror.
Rather him standing over my bed than appearing in a film (Jim).
It looks like Al is FINALLY starting to age. Considering he's looked 25 for the past 30 years, it was bound to happen eventually. Now that he's 55 he could maybe pass for 35.
SlowerThanDialup That's because this was posted six years ago.
Unlike many 80s musicians Al never went hard into drugs, thus he looks good
He also retained his hair.
And your point is? What? Stupid jerk. You will get old too. Jesus.
@@bgd-canman9976 the fuck is your handicap? He wasn't being a jerk, in fact he was complimenting him. Grow up you stupid fuck.
Weird Al was my very first concert ever, and he was terrific. I have loved this man my entire life, and he's still brilliant. No one does clean comedy and satire better than the king.
"I can remember shooting the pilot and not knowing what I was doing" - i laughed out loud at that one.
Wierd Al is probably the only celebrity I would ever be star-struck to meet.
5:45 Nerd smoothly gets girl's number 5:52 Victorious pelvic thrust!
This is great! You brought back the Al TV interviews.
Both of these men refuse to age.
they all look there age.. just some have makeup on daily
Weird Al has aged impressively as well. 52-Years-Old in this video.
He’s 59 now
@@dillonohlemiller9027 sir patrick is 79 soon
i guessed 58 .
Get outta town losing my hair at 30
52 is not old. Not getting old until 60
My brother went to high school with him (he was a freshman when Weird Al was a senior). My brother is 53 now.
Classic Weird Al. We all know that he was knighted for the amount of corn on the cobs he could fit into his mouth. It's a trick that goes over really well with the Royals.
"Shot the pilot". Such a great play on words with doing this fake interview on weird Al's part.
Oh my gosh dude, that noise when he rubbed his head. He was so wrong for that but it was freaking hilarious.
I want Al to ACTUALLY interview people. I would definitely watch these more if they were real.
I agree!
Haha this feels like real interview. Honestly, I think Patrick Stewart would have been down to do an actual interview like this. He's always seemed like a well humored guy.
"Only question I ever thought was hard
Was do I like Kirk or do I like Picard
"
- Weird Al, White & Nerdy
He featured a lot of these "face to face" interviews at his concert. I laughed so hard. My favorite was his interview with Avril Lavigne.
SO happy to see he's doing these again, the ones he did back in the 90s were hilarious, and he hasn't missed a beat. :D
And starting in the 80s ! He was a pioneer!

Three years later, and I'm still laughing my ass of at "Alfie, Baby"
Heyyo, hahaha oh Weird Al... his "interviews" are amazing. Even his older ones he did with Madonna, Avril Lavigne, Jessica Simpson, Eminem and such... fantastic! :)
*Jessica Sampson
and the even older is better, like lincon, jesus, moses
Soprano Cicada Aahm no... I'm pretty sure it's Jessica Simpson.
Can we please get to the bottom of that ticking/rattling noise in the background when Al's at the desk?
I will forever have an image of Patrick Stewart with 10 corn cobs in his mouth
Were they baby-corn?
Now, thanks to you, so will I.
By this point, I really was hoping Weird Al would be doing actual interviews. Oh well.
That would creep me out too if I woke up to him standing over me since I'm not a fan of any of his movies.
His brother, John, was funny though.
the twist is..it's not fake
I can see Patrick Stewart doing a similar interview with Al.
That sound when Pat rubbed his head..
The "Human Centipede" part is absolutely brilliant if you know what the movie is :P
That part was hillarious
Hilarious*
I wish I never knew what that movie was about. Loved it how he said he took his grandchildren to see it, though.
Greg Tanner lol yup
"The Human Cent-iPad" is better, though
It's a quote from a Weird Al song, I don't actually even consider that question.
The actors in the background have a great two headed baby!
i'm surprised he didn't talk about how he's in american dad.
this takes me back to the AL MUSIC specials he did on much music in canada..the nostalgia :)
it make sense on stage most fans have respect for actor to not interrupt the actor wile he or she is acting
A shorter balder British Jim Varney, lmao!!! I love you Al!!
Oh my god, this is AL-TV all over again LMAO!
I was screaming at this. And if only they were there when I went to Comic-Con in Boston a couple years ago. I would have pulled an "I'm not worthy" and been crazy fan for a few minutes
Weird Al and the Creators of DORA NO MORE cartoon music video, The Stringini Bros" should get together and make something AWESOME.
Anyone find it Ironic that he mentioned Jim Balushi who is gonna be voice acting in a new called ''Dorothy of Oz'' which is also a movie Patrick Stewart's gonna voice act in? :)
Hahaha "Nerds per square inch or npsi" holy shit, this dude is just too funny. I swear man, I love his parody interviews.
the funniest part is when in the background they play with the twoheaded baby. laaammee
Weird al is just awesome, I was laughing the whole video and he kept the humor clean the whole time, genius!
Yeah, like when he was talking about making clothes out the skin of people he's murdered. So clean.
Yeah like the part where he said Patrick's bald head would make a great life sized dildo for mature women who led a "full" life.
You know you would probably have gotten a funnier interview out of him if you would have just asked!
. Nababajwjjjekw
you see that guy with the two-headed baby in the background?
Why are these on nerdist instead of Weird Al's channel?
I feel like I remember this guy having a higherbpitch voice years ago. His voice sound super deep here
thanks for clearing that up i was thinking to myself this is'nt a real interview.
is it me or does the thumbnail look like the lead singer for Dragonforce and Ben Kingsley?
He has the most amazing voice! I love Patrick Stewart!!!!!!
This interview looks so real.
Tiny feet....tiny...shoes.
OMG I can't believe I am finding this just now! LMFAO! "...dress like Shirley Temple..." Patrick must have been very flattered as he watched this and laughed his ass off. Excellent!
The commercial before this was a giant teddy bear that could talk and it was rated R....
Of coarse it's real. Weird Al =integrity.
He is one of us!!!
"Shorter, baldner,British Jim Verney" ... that part made me LOL
I'm not too sure, but it sounds like the sound a typewriter makes.
it's Chris Hardwick's podcast channel ... he is friends with Weird Al' and puts his videos here
Holy shit that head-rubbing sound effect. I lost it.
LETS HEAR IT FOR AL!
Perhaps I've said too much 😂😂😂😂
Tree of Life reference. It warms the heart.
I'm glad to see that Weird Al has started branching out and "interviewing" more than just musicians.
It ain't Town Talk with George, but I'll take it.
ok guys imagine if weird al did prank videos ....bit hard since he is so famous but JUST IMAGINE !
Funny, but I was disappointed that it wasn't a real interview. I think they should actually try to get a real interview between these two. That could either be really great, or a total disaster. :)
I fucking love weird al.
Ok, this made a turn for the best
Are these guys fangless sun-friendly vampires or something? They like never age!
I like that Family Guy also had a bit where Stewart voiced Suzy reacting to The Human Centipede.
I'm kind of jealous of Al's hair.
ElveeKaye I'm jealous of anyone who gets to touch his hair...
ElveeKaye sure a lot work in the bathroom ;)
2:22 i just died like never before LMFAO!
The two people most renowned for aging well
i miss wierd al's song parodies. they were the best. but im glad to see that he isn't forgotten about
The last comment was 3 months ago? Well, we can't have that.
What the hell are they doing in the background? What's up with that two-headed baby?
That was really creepy. Thought it was a bit they were doing, but no... Just a creepy 2-headed baby...
"Jim Belushi standing over my bed." Pure awesome hilarity.
I saw Stewart at the Guthrie as Scrooge in '04 I believe. He's an excellent actor. I love Weird Al too, great in concert.
That was QUITE a good one!!
BTW, I actually MET Al back in the I think early to mid 1980s - he was just "there" at at a screening of an animation festival in I think Pasadena California. Very funny. The one thing that would've made it better is if, at the end, it turned out they actually were face-to-face!
He played Picard in Star Trek: the next generation
Patrick Stewart has not aged! Like at all. O.o
people forget lol its sir patrick stewart
so this is like those “interviews” he did in the early 2000s
Wow 2012 was a different time
" . . . ride the float."
"Well as they always say: tiny feet, tiny...shoes..." Crap I couldn't stop laughing!! XD XD
This is a real-ist thing I have ever seen.
@Luxai"Not sure if real or not" Yeah man, because Weird Al is a ~known~ time-traveler. But really, thanks so much for bringing back Weird Al interview remixes.
Sounds like interviews he gives for the Picard series...
Dat Supernatural tote bag.
OMG I can't believe you entered the center of the nerdmuda triangle and made it out. Just like sailors have entered the Bermuda triangle never returned; many nerds have entered the nerdmuda triangle and have never been seen again
Weird Al played some of these during a concert, too. He 'interviewed' Snoop Dogg
The cleverest part was the bit about shooting the pilot.
I saved this to watch later (from my suggested vids). I have no idea why I expected a real interview.
It's the real milo Murphy you can here milo in his voice
Love the striped jacket and all the serious poses in the beginning.
Lol my butt is honored and celebrated yearly
