I don't know about coconut water, but hyaluronic acid is great for oily skin. Its worth to try for anyone who want to try it even if they have oily skin.
My last big make-up spend (I know it's cheap or cheap-ish for a lot of you guys in the US, but after currency conversions and shipping here in Malaysia, it's pretty pricey! Heh) was on her Zodiac palette and Super Shock Highlighter which I ADORE. I'm so surprised it was a massive hit because it's so breathtakingly beautiful in every way to me. Anyways! Reviews and tutorials with that palette are pretty limited 😞. Edit: WASN'T* a massive hit 😝.
As a “dehydrated” oily skin girl, I’m actually really excited about this! I love hydrating foundations most of the time because it actually keeps my skin from overproducing oil. ❤️🙌🏼🥰
Yes yes yes!! I stopped using too many matte products and added better moisturizers and my face oil has gone down significantly, I wish more oily gals like us knew the secret 😭
Beauty & Chronic Pain probably! I always had extremely oily skin for years and I would use every matte option available. But it wasn’t until I started (a) drinking more water and (b) adding more moisturizing products and oils into my skincare that I started seeing a difference. I still have combo skin, because of course the oily-ness isn’t going to go away completely. But it’s MUCH more manageable and feels a lot healthier and smoother overall. And it takes hooouuuurrrsss for me to get really oily now.

Chiu Su-Tien You could try it if you want, just make sure you set it. Oily skin gets dehydrated too, and the more dehydrated it is, the oily it gets. I have very oily skin that it responds really well to hyaluronic acid and coconut water, it makes my skin less oily.
I have combo/oily skin but it doesn’t stop me from using dewy foundations/tinted moisturizers or primers/setting sprays. It all depends on skin prep, powders, primers, etc.! I say try it.

Same. I use the Cover FX Mattifying everyday primer bc it keeps me matte without drying out my skin but.... I still look greasy at the end of the day😭😭😭. This product looks beautiful!😭 maybe I’m the middle of winter months!
For my fellow oily girls: I tried the tinted moisturizer today and I've got to say it played very well with my oily skin! I was really impressed with it I have to say! It definitely was not matte and as Kathleen said it will transfer, but it did NOT melt off my face or feel greasy at all. I set it with my Hourglass ambient lighting powder which isn't a really matte or "setting" type powder but it was fine. I honestly have other regular foundations that are more oily while being marketed as matte so it's right on par with those for me. I was definitely worried but so far it's everything I wanted: light moisture, a little glowy and lightly hydrating. I think it can still work for you if you're oily!!
Tip for squeeze tubes with a pump: If it doesn’t pump out, unscrew the pump cap, lightly squeeze the tube just to get some of the air out, put the cap back on and it’ll come out fine.

Spraying those mists was like a new level of satisfaction and almost like ~asmr~ for me. Would totally watch a video of Kathleen just doing one spray of every setting spray, hydrating mist, etc. that exists.

Madona Raj i know the packaging is waste but I liked that my order came in with just the “necessary” waste, other companies send me a product in a big box with lots of unnecessary plastic
I read the other day they said the reason why a lot of their launches are out of stock often is because they make small batches depending on how many orders they receive. They stock up and let the costumers know so they can order the products they’ve been waiting for. I agree with the other girl saying that the packaging comes with only the necessary when you get it in the mail. Even when i order several items it always fits in my mailbox. So there’s that :) you do have a point when it comes to the package of the product itself but I wouldn’t say they “waste” tons of product.
I am so happy that they have a primer and setting spray geared towards dry skin, since the All-Star formula was mattifying. I am excited to try all of these products and have been very into 'natural' looking skin. This is right up my alley.
Oily skin gal here! My skin is definitely oily, but also dehydrated. If you like a light coverage dewy skin-like finish, you will like this! Though be sure to set it with a powder. Also, it applies best when you put it on your face using your hands, and then go in with a sponge to even it out so it looks just like the texture of your skin.

People hate on Colourpop so much, but I've been here for it since they launched their first collection and I love them. I love that every week, I can go to the site and find something new. I have very oily/acne prone skin and my favourite foundation ever and the one I get the most compliments on is Mac face and body, and it’s a water-based, hydrating foundation! In my opinion it’s all about skincare and prep and setting the skin 😊 I wanna try this!

I have oily skin BUT also dehydrated skin.. this works amazingggg for me. I definitely say even if you’re oily definitely try this! You can have both oily and dehydrated skin.
Kathleen!! Try using a toothpaste pusher thing to get all the product out of that foundation! I use one for my Too Faced Peach Perfect foundation and it works really well! Kind of tricky but it works!👍 Hope this helps! In my honest opinion the CYO lifeproof foundation has the best packaging hands down. With every pump it twists up a little plastic disk that makes sure you get all the product. It’s so user friendly. I’m more of a matt girl but Thataylaa loves it!😊

Well, I have to check ingredients at launch, but if they have no red flags then I AM HERE FOR IT. Yes. I love dewy, lightweight foundations and tinted moisturizers. It really is the best complexion formula for me, with a good concealer.

I really like how affordable but quality products Colorpop make but they launcing products literally several times a week, like can u imagine how much waste do they produce?! I don't mean to be negativ just wanted to mention this. Anyway I love your channel!

Madona Raj i know the packaging is waste but I liked that my order came in with just the “necessary” waste, other companies send me a product in a big box with lots of unnecessary plastic
I read the other day they said the reason why a lot of their launches are out of stock often is because they make small batches depending on how many orders they receive. They stock up and let the costumers know so they can order the products they’ve been waiting for. I agree with the other girl saying that the packaging comes with only the necessary when you get it in the mail. Even when i order several items it always fits in my mailbox. So there’s that :) you do have a point when it comes to the package of the product itself but I wouldn’t say they “waste” tons of product.
I am so happy that they have a primer and setting spray geared towards dry skin, since the All-Star formula was mattifying. I am excited to try all of these products and have been very into 'natural' looking skin. This is right up my alley.

Oily skin gal here! My skin is definitely oily, but also dehydrated. If you like a light coverage dewy skin-like finish, you will like this! Though be sure to set it with a powder. Also, it applies best when you put it on your face using your hands, and then go in with a sponge to even it out so it looks just like the texture of your skin.

just ordered it during their black friday sale and i’m SO excited. i’ve been very disillusioned with foundation in general even with the best application techniques because i don’t like how doll-like (even with satin finishes!) it makes me look. i stan freckles. thank you!!!

People hate on Colourpop so much, but I've been here for it since they launched their first collection and I love them. I love that every week, I can go to the site and find something new. Sometimes it's something I want and sometimes it's not, but I admire their enginuity and their products are bomb

I just purchased the pretty fresh tinted moisturizer and received it today. I'm pretty set in the products I use but after seeing how much you love it, I finally decided to get it. I absolutely am in LOVE with this product! It has the perfect amount of coverage and it's beautiful on the skin! I will be purchasing other pretty fresh products! I do too. For under $15 it's worth a shot. Also I found that my oily skin does better with moisture. I get way less greasy during the day.

I have very oily/acne prone skin and my favourite foundation ever and the one I get the most compliments on is Mac face and body, and it’s a water-based, hydrating foundation! In my opinion it’s all about skincare and prep and setting the skin 😊 I wanna try this!

Kathleen!! Try using a toothpaste pusher thing to get all the product out of that foundation! I use one for my Too Faced Peach Perfect foundation and it works really well! Kind of tricky but it works!👍 Hope this helps! In my honest opinion the CYO lifeproof foundation has the best packaging hands down. With every pump it twists up a little plastic disk that makes sure you get all the product. It’s so user friendly. I’m more of a matt girl but Thataylaa loves it!😊

Coconut oil is a solid oil.. coconut water is.. water, Its very soothing for sensitive skin as well as cooling, hydrating, and refreshing to the skin.

Well, I have to check ingredients at launch, but if they have no red flags then I AM HERE FOR IT. Yes. I love dewy, lightweight foundations and tinted moisturizers. It really is the best complexion formula for me, with a good concealer.
