Yea the setting is just *chef's kiss* and Infinity Ward actually likes guns irl and makes sure the animations and attachments are right unlike copy paste Treyarch. Cannot wait and looks sick that we will be able to fire weapons while running, rappelling, etc

@@Corey_Tenderson to be honest, I thought the SAS centric half following Gaz and Price was incredible, but the half following Alex and Karim felt like a melodrama written by different writers. All the nuance, muddied lines, and realism of the SAS half was exchanged for “hurr durr Russia bad” which wasn’t very original or interesting. If it had just followed Gaz and Price, and left out the Alex’s story completely, it would have been easily the best MW campaign

The original mw2 was incredible, please respect its legacy by making this a polished and well designed game infinity ward

Modern Warfare 2019 was the best COD game in a long time. Easily the best graphics, somehow beating Cold awar and Vanguard, a serious tone, gritty gameplay, and a good story. This also looks pretty good.

@@AbzAden A Remaster is basically when they take an older game and give all the textures higher quality, like going from 480p to 1080p on a video. It looks more crisp but it's the same game. A Remake is like a remaster but all the assets are made from scratch. It's the same story but probably feels different gameplay wise and looks brand new.a reboot is when you take an existing brand and create an entirely new product. This Modern Warfare is a reboot, so it uses characters that we know but changes their story. Reboots are pretty much only done for marketing purposes, because it's easier for people to attach to something they already know a bit about.

@@LethalMlTCH The new generation of consoles have gotten really powerful, I wouldn't be surprised if it looks similar on console as in the trailer. But we can only hope, excited for the game though

@@dk_savage1664 Clearly u don't know how engines operate. First off, this is probably a updated version from MW2019, considering its been 2.5 years. Secondly, engines are not the sole defining reason behind how graphics look. Fortnite uses Unreal Engine 4, does that mean every game running UE4 will look like that? No. It comes down to the optimization and the intended hardware it's designed to run. MW2019 was running on a PS4 and Xbox one, Now theres the XSX and the PS5. The game will look graphically enhanced compared to MW2019.
There's only 3 things I want from this game:
1) A longer campaign
2) A better Survival mode
3) More Nikolai
Bonus: Even more Nikolai (my guy was hilarious in MW 2019)

The last time we seen Task Force 141 in action was nearly 3 years ago. I'm excited for sure. Vanguard and Cold war were just fillers for me. Infinity ward always making the main event cod. And they're breaking that yearly cycle with this cod fyi.

let's be real the character models don't look as good as the predecessor to this to me anyway, watch the MW trailer and compare character models you will see what I'm talking about they had way more detail I honestly think this should be delayed.

@@haaminhkh411 modern warfare 2019 took 5years but that also included warzone and additional in game purchases . Hopefully they have fully focused on the story telling and the immersive “realism” multiplayer.
@@haaminhkh411 the only dodgy thing I found about this gameplay is the door opening mechanics , for the campaign as it looks like they got rid of the some of the animations to make it look more realistic . A normal door opening mechanic is good multiplayer as it’s a higher paced experience , but for campaign you would want a fully immersive realistic experience.
In a nutshell anything unlike Cold War will be good

Because it's expected. CoD doesn't even leave the gaming news cycle momentarily. Every year there's a new CoD. With map packs of old it they would get a small trailer and done every few months. Now you have the yearly model, the seasonal model, event model, and a persistent free to play throughout the year. We just had news cycle of Godzilla vs Kong event. It's another CoD.
People been asking this for the last five years. It’s because call of duty is a dying franchise.

Yeah. Just like I was hyped for MW 2019’ and didn’t enjoy it at all like I did with the old Modern Warfares. I just want Classic MW2 remastered. Not this Battlefield/Rainbow Six mix of a game engine.
Will be the first COD I’ve ever preordered. Simply based on how good MW2019 was.
Old enough to remember you had to pre-order cod because it could literally be sold out everywhere for weeks.
I just pretend Modern Warfare is the only CoD franchise and am always pleasantly surprised every 2-3 years. I play for a year or so, give myself a break for another year when the other non-MW games are released and the player base moves over. It is the perfect CoD dosing frequency for me!

Woah, Black Ops franchise is top-tier as well. Everyone’s Top 2 is MW2 and BO2. After that, BO1 generally comes before MW1, and BO3 certainly comes before MW3/MW2019. This is just recency bias because people didn’t like BOCW (for whatever reason, really not sure why).

Love that they included Metallica, recognized it immediately. Got disappointed when i heard rap and then got excited when they actually played Metallica. Hoping for something good but playing it cautiously.

I feel like they're ditching what was good about mw 2019 and going with a more bombastic cold war approach. There's a reason why it's called modern warfare, it's attempting to slightly mimick the small-scale operations of current day warfare.

Cold War and Vanguard were the filler CODs, everybody knows the main CODs are the Modern Warfare series. So really, we haven't gotten a COD game since 2019.

-An M4 variant(Seen in Garrick and unknown Glasses guy)
-AK series notably 101-104 series(Soap)
- and the M9 Beretta/P32(seen on Price)
Hyped because I love what Infinity Ward can do to the series and MW 2019 was excellent, but this trailer is underwhelming ...

ya im sorry but they keep shoving out game after game with tons of bugs, hackers, exploits and all other problems. untill COD learns to make a good game i will not be purchasing. 2 and 3 games a year with very poor maintenance. Even the Battle Royal wich has been out for a long time has hackers killing people in the sky as they spawn. i use to love call of duty and battlefield but id much rather buy games like squads, tarkov or others that actually invest time in there games, not a over hyped franchise that keeps leaving there player base helpless to exploiters. I dont aim to hurt the feelings of anyone who likes COD, but these game developers need to learn a lesson and stop money grabbing.
