I had a tent just like that one. I found it did a great UFO imitation!! Hover over the backyard and land somewhere else!!! lol I used dog leash anchors, they look like a giant corkscrew. Worked well. I found that the quieter you can keep the canopy the longer it will last. Those mesh covers don't usually last more than a year or two.
35mph? Hell, we get those weekly here on the Pacific coast. 2 days after I erected my new soft greenhouse an asskicking windstorm hit. 40 mph winds gusting to 60. As I was erecting my new GH I knew we have lots of wind here & asskicking windstorms are not all that uncommon So I bought 4 - 3ft T posts & drove them in the ground @ the 4 corners of my new GH. THEN, I looped a rachet strap up & over my GH and just snugged up the strap. 2 days later, the straps & posts did thier job and the GH stayed in place HOWEVER the wind did bend a few frame tubes a bit. !
That's the best idea with the rachet straps and T posts. 35 mph winds is nothing compared to wind gust up to 60mph. Great to hear the GH held up. Thank you so much for watching and commenting.

Wind has a mind of its own. Thank you for the suggestion with the dog leash anchors, those would work really well.

Wow great 👌 just bought one. Wonder what color to choose?
Pick your favorite color and have some fun. Thank you for watching and commenting.
I wonder if the anchor lines could be run through the pipes?
They could be run through the pipes, but the covering would still need to be held down with something. Thank you for watching and commenting.
NEVER BUY from such a dump they are already trying to sell a replacement, before the delivery. Am I best to just refuse delivery?
Call them up and see what they say.
Thanks' but their actions have already spoken! @@JakeLesada
