Hi, the only way to determine the shelf life of a product is to conduct some stability tests, which will also determine whether the products is safe and stable. It is a deep conditioner. Read the description. They are using a cationic surfactant which is the active conditioning agent. You have to wet your hair to use it.
@@AfricanMusume I know what it says. What I'm saying is that Most deep conditioners use water as the main ingredient. Without water it's probably going to be difficult to rinse out of your hair
