    I had constipation and irregular vowel movements for years. Started having Chickpeas, prune juice, apple juice everyday which showed remarkable changes. And this video gives very good information. Good luck and be healthy

    I've heard of a couple of these natural colon cleanse remedies, but i never know aloe vera could be so useful. Its a very diverse plant.

    yes, cleansing works fine only if you get rid of your everyday bad habits like eating junk food, smoking,alcohol etc.

    I went to a 70% vegetarian diet for the past 4 months and did not realize I had cleaned my Colon. A clean Colon was not my intent, I was more concerned about preventing Diabetes since my A1C was at 6.0.
    I thought something was wrong with me for not having poop on the TP...!
    Happy to report the A1C is now down to 5.4 (normal!), and that I lost 15 lbs over the same period.

    #5 is the most important in general.
    #1 and #9 also very powerfull.
    * On top of that -- when you have too much gut bacteria ...raw garlic will clear it.
    If you dont have enough --- make sure to eat your veggies and have a good dairy product or yogurt.

    eating dried prunes every day helps with having a smooth bowel movement. also magnesium is great too.

    So far apple juice and pure aloe juice has been my help in this area 🖒 need to work on my water intake though I think that's my main problem! not enough water! although that's all I drink but I'm only up to about 5/6 cups a day and it's just not enough! 😕

    Thank you so much, I put this on my FaceBook when you get older I don't eat like I should and when I talk to most people in there 70 says the same thing. I am going to do better. I come to RUclips for me. I have 6 more years I will be 80 God is good, I have to do my part.

      Better to drink fresh lemon infused water. The hotter the water, the more nutrients the lemon loses

    Don't be eating white bread a lot. Maybe occasionally as toast. Eat whole grain brown bread instead. Use olive oil instead of the other fats in your diet. That includes for frying foods too.

      @Jim Carmody wheat and white bread are equivelant in BS because most of them on the shelf have Hugh Fructose corn syrup and other BS preservatives. Find bread with no atrificial anything and youre good. Next is you DONT FRY with Olive oil, olive oil is a great substitute for many things but it does NOT cook correctly in high tempratures. Google it if you dont believe me.. If you want to fry healthier? Use Coconut oil...(and no it does not have any coconut flavor in it in case yall were wondering). Im not out to criticize but only to help inform....

      If you’re cooking over high heat, don’t choose olive oil. Olive oil has a
      lower smoke point-the point at which an oil literally begins to smoke
      (olive oil’s is between 365° and 420°F)-than some other oils. When you
      heat olive oil to its smoke point, the beneficial compounds in oil start
      to degrade, and potentially health-harming compounds form.

      (organic) canola oil is recommended as an alternative for frying & cooking. olive oil is great for salads and such.

    Since aloe is bitter, its easier to take in cut up pieces like a pill ...as mentioned with the ginger

    I hv tried a simple remedy n it works great. Before going to bed take a cup of warm milk and add a teaspoon of honey. It does wonders.

      Juice from fruits were not bad . It may be high in sugar but not harmful like medical practitioners claim as they need to be in business 😜.
      It’s proven that having fruits and in fact high volume is good for diabetes- proven by an Indian doctor and there were video on them

      @@JollyMan69 You can make infused water. Throw some chopped fruits into you water, let it sit half an hour and you're ready to go. Less sugar 👍

    U know what I give up!!!if you try being healthy alot of undigested food clumps up into the colon which makes it hard to get it out-.- like nothing works and if u eat junk food it could help but there is 20% chance if u eat something which contains iron like pine nuts it could help alot like seriously if u buy a pack of pine nuts and eat all the hour after u have eaten them u will get a bad tummy feeling meaning u can take your waste out
