Hi @RohitKudalkar, thanks for your question! To link @RohitKudalkar Hi Rohit, thanks for your question! To link only the filtered data or visible cells in Excel, you can use the "Go To Special" feature. After filtering your data, select the range you want to link, go to "Find & Select" on the Home tab, and then choose "Go To Special". Select "Visible cells only" and press OK. Now, only the visible cells are selected, and you can copy and link them as needed. If you have any more questions on this or any other topic, feel free to ask. Hello! Thank you for your question. Here's a simplified guide on how to copy and paste data into visible cells only in Excel, without affecting hidden cells and without using formulas: [1] Copy the Data: Start by copying the data you want to paste. [2] Select the Target Range: Highlight the area where you want to paste the data. This can include hidden cells. [3] Access Special Selection: > Click on the Home tab. > In the Editing group, find and click Find & Select. > Choose Go To Special from the dropdown menu. [4] Choose Visible Cells Only: In the dialog that appears, select Visible cells only and click OK. This will select only the cells that are currently visible. [5] Paste the Data: Press Ctrl+V to paste. Your data will only be pasted into the cells that were visible when you made your selection. This method ensures that your data goes exactly where you want it, without disturbing any hidden areas.
