For first world audiophiles $450 usd could be "budget" but for people like me it's a lot of money, it would be amazing to see a roundup of the best $200 usd stereo monitors, at least 3 options since iLoud micros are really hard to get outside USA

Listening to music with this is the purest definition of: “Vibing / chilling with the bros.”
It's not a tweeter protector; it is there to disperse the sound and improve the off-axis response
Great review, the budget king for bookshelf speakers in my opinion is the JBL Stage A130's. Incredible imaging, detail, and excellent frequency response for around $180.

these speakers are real bros, they sound so great, you just won't be dissapointed. I have a pair and it's freaking amazing.
I just bought these for my daughter. Her first real setup. I bought her an SMSL a300 integrated amp/dac to power them. From my understanding it sounds pretty good for a cheap Chinese amp, plus it has a lot of power. She can upgrade components in the future. The system cost right around +/- $700. Speakers $330, 28" Stands $100, amp $200, speaker wire $40 and tax. Seems like a sweet little set up for her first real HiFi system.
Is that HD800 placement a tease for a upcoming review?

I'm very interested in the BR03 but do you think this will do just fine as PC Speakers?
I was initially thinking of the BR02 since they are smaller, but the price difference between the BR03 and BR02 is only $100. Seems like Triangle is pricing the BR02 so that customers would rather opt to go for the BR03. I'm just not sure if the BR03 will be able to perform adequately if I seat closer to it (like a normal PC setup).
I'll be getting a PB 1000 PRO to match either one of these Triangles. So I'm also thinking that the BR03 having just "extra" low frequency compared to the BR02, might end up not sounding different when paired with a subwoofer.

Interesting how this stuff is really a personal call. I owned a pair for a year and passed them on. Just didn't cut it for me I did like the quality of vinyl covering Vert nice. For me the Elac speakers were more to my taste. Luckily, you can get home auditions and return if it doesn't happen for you. An Emotive sub would be price appropriate. I use a pair of Bro 2 speakers and center channel for a modest TV system.
The Elac are 6ohms, this ones are 8ohms...for consideration
These speakers are controversial on the reviewers around the net. When I saw that you reviewed them, I had hoped that it will be positive. Finally, I want to replace the B6.2s and these fit the bill. Thanks!
I would say go DBR62 they are noticeably better at the same price unless you just don't want that Elac look anymore but yeah much better sounding than the BR03
The elec and thin and bright sounding. No, not better. Not at all.
@@enjoshi-godrez8775 I've the exact opposite experience with the Elacs. Not thin or bright sounding at all using SR6010 and external Integra amp.

DId you fall in love with the HD800S recently? I remember you putting them in B Tier and overall not really liking them, but now they are featured in your intro, you mentioned them a few times in your recent videos and even being displayed in your studio. I'm looking into buying the HD8XX so I'd be interested in what changed your opinion about them.
I really love the look of these and was considering heavily but then when hearing them back and forth against the Elac DBR62 they just are a step below, the debut reference just sounds noticeably better. Tho I also agree with your statement of pairing them with a sub, the DBR62 sound great also bass wise (definitely an improvement over the BR03 in that regard and the much more pleasant mids) but a decent sub will be nice for especially watching movies or harder electronic music. I can't remember the exact cambridge amp used in store when I tried them but at home I have the DBR62 paired with a sythensis soprano and tested them also on ae SMSL AD18 and they sounded even great on that, honestly if the look is more your thing and you really feel set on them then the BR03 is still a great choice but if you want better for the same price DBR62 it is hands down
