Reflexology (foot massage) is what I do for relief. When I first began, it took about three treatments at a clinic, until I became pain free. Now, wear shoes with arch support in our home. I am flat footed and if I walk barefooted the nodules quickly return within about a week. Reflexology is the ONLY thing I have found that works to relieve pain and break up the nodules.
I have been able to reduce the size of my nodules in both of my feet by rubbing castor oil into the bottom of my feet every night before I go to sleep. The oil is sticky so I wear socks to bed. I would say the size of the nodules have reduced by more than half and are not as dense/hard and no longer hurt in my footwear. I’ve been doing the oil for one year and have no intention of stopping.
I did castor oils packs for 6 months , nothing happened. Have been doing high dose Bromelain for less than 2 weeks and my largest, most painful problem nodule has shrunk by about 70%
That looks and exactly like my foot. I already have orthotics. I am 50lbs overweight and had foot trouble for 15 yrs. For a long time, I’ve overlooked that big bump and the pain that comes with it. What REALLY HURTS is the tendon between the ball and the bump on the arch, below the big toe. Hurts 24-7 and getting worse. Thank you for the video. Im not happy, but it was well explained.
I have heard if you take ibuprofen it kinda help with inflammation. But take to much Ibuprofen isn’t go for you either. I know when I soak my feet in hot water it makes those knots smaller. Or maybe get one of those good foot spa. 🙂
@@tomascostamagna202 custom orthotics has been the most helpful. I’m in pain management for my bulging disc and spinal stenosis between 5 discs in back and that helps with my feet.
I was diagnosed with this at around the age of 8 years old, had surgery and not long after the nodule came back. My sister had the same diagnosis with double operation also as a little girl. 30 years ago there was very little information available here and especially not in such young kids.
Gracias for your video. The moment I saw you were from Toledo I wondered which one: Spain or America. I had a confusion with the local tourist office in Spain once - they didn't know about the art exhibition I was looking for, and after a few minutes we realised I had searched Toledo, but NOT Toledo Spain! For me (unlike this disease) a funny experience. Its a very emotional time for me finding this. I have had bilateral achilles tendinopathy for almost 1000 days now, very debilitating and depressing. Video's like this help me understand, and feedback from other 'sufferers' helps my mental health. Thank you all for sharing.

Try rubbing castor oil morning, noon, & night. I just discovered one a few weeks ago.... mine feels like it's getting smaller. I also rub a massager across it....not too much pressure. Hope it helps.
In have had at least 3 shots in my right foot for plantar fasciitis and one in my left. I have been suffering for 4 years with this. The shots only temporarily helped. I have done stretches after stretches and even wear a boot at night. Now I have a knot growing in my right foot in the same exact place you speak of in my right foot. It hurts like utter hell.
Julie Huggins Hi Julie, I have several of these in my right foot that are starting to hurt and I just realized I have multiple ones in my left. Yikes. 😬Did you go to the doctor and what did they recommend? I will be making a Dr. appointment tomorrow. Many thanks for your feedback.👍

Is there a definitive way to tell apart from a cyst? This is going to sound horrible but I would rather be able to remove it at home as if it was a cyst.
I have been taking serrapeptase an enzyme for another issue. But I believe serrapeptase has helped with these planter fascitis issues. I also rub the bottom of my feet with diluted frankincense EO.

@nabil ebraheim Dr, Thank you very much for making this video. I suffer from both Plantar Fibromatosis in one foot as well as Dupuytren's contracture in both hands ( both cords and nodules ) I have a surgical insole which relieves the pain to a level that allows me to walk all be it uncomfortably.
I have this in my right foot and it's getting bigger and hurts like absolute hell. I've had to many shots in my feet to count as I also have Plantar Fasciitis. My Dr has exhausted all non surgical treatments and they have not helped me. I now require surgery and I really don't want to because I've heard alot of horror stories about it. Both of my feet are just as bad.
@@hodnod10 Yeah it sucks. I've heard the knots usually require surgery first. Hope it works my wife used to message my foot but the knots got so hard I get a deep tissue massage once a week or try. They take a metal tool and dig in hard and it hurts like hell.
Bless you I'm holding off with my feet, my left foot nerve pain in life changing. Right foot just started with nerve pain. My left hand has about 6 months before my 4th surgery. Right hand doing okay Right now but still growing but no bending. Pray to something 🙏
Myofascial release I did, took care of the problem. No surgery required here...maybe someone else...to cut the fascia isn't the solution if Dr. Ida Rofl was correct in her teachings on Rolfing as well as John F. Barnes, PT who teaches techniques of myofascial release to clients. Or go under the knife and hope that works out maybe...IDK.

Curious.... why would you say never do surgery if it may in fact be synovial?
Best explanation thus far!
My massage therapist is blasting it with pressure. It may never go away but it will get smaller and my body is absorbing it. Also seeing a sports pt
How is it going?
Blasting with pressure??
