Heard Carolyn Leonhart take the Pretzel Logic solo 4 years ago in Saratoga, CA. Brought the house down! This is probably the 4th Jeff Young turn on it that I've heard on RUclips. Fabulous. Would that all the audience recorded Dan and Donald shows could be replaced by soundboard recordings like this one. Sounds awesome! Thanks Dan.
Wow another killer Fagen show! I love the girls but having Jeff Young on the harmonies really makes such a difference. The girls can sometimes be a little too "breathy" for my tastes, resulting in parts that lack that oomph that the records had
It’s really cool that I was at the show. I did the VIP and I still have all of the trinkets that they gave us. The scarf the briefcase all is good. Thanks for having the show online.
Sorry, but I gotta raise a glass to Wayne Krantz again. His habit of hanging notes over the end of songs is always something look forward to. It’s a cheeky thumbing the nose at the precise and sometimes predictable nature of our heroes performances, and is always different per song per show. This Krantz solo on HATWW is absolutely flying… then ends with a dichordant tone which makes me laugh every time. Wondering if I’m alone in having this strange reflex…😅
Thanks for another straight to "Favorites" concert posting, Dan. You know by now how much I love Fagen's uptempo version of "Here at the Western World," and guitarists Jon Herington and Wayne (the pride of Corvallis, Oregon) Krantz just kill it here!
Dan the MAN! I was just fiddling around listening to the recent release of BROOKLYN... and literally jonesing for another masterpiece from you. You literally delivered the shag rug I needed. Much appreciated brother!
Damn! Wayne Krantz! And damn! Wayne Krantz and Jon Herington together!!

Fantastic
WOW. Those guitar harmonies during the solo in Third World Man. Toooooo awesome from Jon and Wayne.

The often maligned uptempo version. It was great then and sounds great now.
Totally agree with andyinoregon. I think Herrington takes the first solo (3:00) and Krantz closes with a blinder (6:00) Thank you, Dan!
I mean, this is obvious to anybody who is even slightly familiar with these two players haha
Tasty stuff!!

I have what I thought was a pretty good audience recording of this show. How long has the soundboard been around? Cheers
The soundboard got shared on The Traders Den 10 years ago.
Ok - that makes sense. The recording I had was out in 2006.
Is there a DVD of this?
Not that I am aware of.
