    My fiancee and I watch all your stuff. Thank you for showing your love of Chicago -- not featuring the suburbs and not even mentioning crime or whatever else people try to say about our city.

      Terrible space. No chairs for a reason. They won't fit. Poorly designed space.

    Well well....The Dynamic Duo returns🤣🤣💪. Great concept with the first level for entertainment. That kitchen is KILLER!!! That vanity is real cool. My girl loves that 3rd level: lot`s of light and space, I`ll take that top level. Beautiful marble all throughtout the house..Great presentation you 2, well done👍👍

    There's like 11 electrical outlets in the kitchen backsplash. They are white and stand out way too much. Change the face plate and sockets to black. That's actually insane to have so many close together.

      Better yet, remove the outlets from the backsplash all together. For $4.2M there should be electrical strips hidden under the upper cabinets. Beautiful property though.

      😂 you are so right - very tacky! Makes me question the overall quality of the craftsmanship if someone in charge thought that was the right choice. And you can’t blame it on supply chain issues - spray paint them black for the marketing and showing if you couldn’t get your hands on some. Incredibly bizarre design choice.

      When you’re having Gordon Ramsey for a cook off, trust me you’ll be using every one of those outlets! 🔥

    The problem with limestone is it gets dirty so fast due to weather. You need to power wash the exterior every season.

      A little extra effort to maintain this beauty but worth it!

    • @indirastep319
      @indirastep319 2 года назад +1

      You do not need to power wash a limestone facade once a year. My neighbors have a limestone home and they haven't power washed it in the 12 years I've lived here and it looks good as new.

    I find it funny how buildings in Chicago are so slim and tall. Can someone really get cross ventilation from these buildings,also you can only have your windows either in the front of the building or in the back but not on the sides because the houses are too close to each other.
