the rooftop alone makes this place an amazing gem.. the size, unobstructed views of the city, and that many amenities on a private rooftop is unheard of in this price range.. I'm guessing any serious buyer was instantly sold once they got to the rooftop! ty for the amazing video

I would definitely do something a little different with the rooftop kind of doesn’t make sense. A second out door grill another table and an actual putting area on the greenery.

Now THIS is the one I want! What my requirements are are spacious, dog friendly, guest friendly, modern appearance, and cityscape view. This matches all of them!
Is it for rent?
I am from NYC, and I have no idea about how good/safe is that area of Chicago, but if this was in Manhattan, not even in a top neighborhood like Tribeca or Soho, but somewhere in Midtown or non-prime UWS or UES, this would cost about 12-15 times more than $2 million it costs there (assuming that the building has amenities) and maybe 5-6 times as much if the building has no amenities.

Loud as heck highway, bad placement, ruined the whole thing, wouldn’t give anything for it as a residence, maybe 300,000 to rent it out
