House itself is gorgeous but that outdoor area is bigger than many homes. Not many properties come with such huge covered outdoor space. Those joined bedrooms are very well furnished. A home office is a good thing to have if one has space. Fitted storage space is like property porn.

Place is nice but 1.6 million seems too high for a condo even if it is new construction in Lincoln Park.
