Have been enjoying quite a few of your videos, but would like to see some properties decorated in a different style. Most of what you show is modern - black and grey walls, minimalist design, lots of metal, stone or brick effects and artsy light fixtures. Would love to see more traditional design - more color, more fabric and textures, etc.

For $1.4m, I wasn’t impressed. Maybe the pandemic and this inflation drove the build price up. To me the house just looks like a big box.

It’s the quality of the built that makes it expensive. It’s not cheap material that most homes use sadly

It was nice, but that asking price is way too high.

Love the high ceilings, nice and airy openness of this property. Almost minimalistic approach in the furnishings. Love the room in the kitchen. Heated bathroom floors a must in the winter. The rooftop would be the hangout spot; BBQ grill, firepit , comfy seating and maybe some outdoor lights and speakers..Basement will make the perfect mancave. The backyard is also perfect for entertaining and getting on the grill.. Great presentation my Friend!

These houses are becoming a dime a dozen in Chicago, sticking out as dull towers compared to older homes with more character. Neighborhood associations should reconsider allowing these to be permitted, and favor home designs that fit in better with Chicagos history.

Agreed. So many of them, especially in the northern neighborhoods, that have no soul. I've even seen 2 right next to each other, shadowing the historic homes with beautiful ivy and landscaping. Take those buildings and update the interiors! Nice ammenitites, but both the interior and exterior are so bland.

@Kev Logan Square doesn’t have McMansions. It has thoughtful characteristics not the unimaginative ones like the exterior of this one. Developers care nothing for the neighborhoods. This simple box is only made for the love of money. Notice I can care less about the interior, it’s the exteriors I care about where it is destroying the very character of the neighborhood that attracted people to it in the first place.

Your videos are getting smoother as far as your delivery. One of your B-roll cuts was a bit rough but overall really good. Audio could use more work to reduce echos.

Cheap, unimpressive, exterior design that is destroying the architectural landscape… the look and feel of Logan Square that attracted gentrification in the first place. I never understand why developers seek to destroy the very reasons that make these kind of neighborhoods attractive to live in. Smh.
