TAYLOR Tate, 30, from California, dons an androgynous look which she describes as 'predominantly masculine'. Tay's look developed after she had a 'strict, religious upbringing' in the south of America. Tay told Transformed: "I grew up in the south. A bible belt area and that played into me really figuring out who I was with my sexuality, it was really difficult to express myself. I had to wear feminine clothes and wear things that made me uncomfortable." Now that Tay lives in California, she has found her style and who she really is; which is something her girlfriend Zashia adores about her. Today, with the help of makeup artist Jaycee, Tay is surprising Zashia by stepping out of her comfort zone and transforming into a 'super feminine' look for date night. Zashia has never seen Tay like this before, so will be in for the shock of her life... Will Tay begin to embrace her more feminine side after the transformation? Or will she long for her androgynous look to return?

She’s looked good either way. I’ve dated a few tomboys and they are pretty different. We argue less , enjoy the same things as I did, had the same dark humor and showed thoughts. We didn’t have to be clingy. We didn’t have to be like gushy romantic all the time. It actually took me for a re wiring of the brain to be like , something ain’t right here. But they were some of the best woman I’ve been with and wouldn’t mind finding another. On the latter, I’ve been with the high maintenance girly girls , which I had some fun with. But they didn’t slow down, they always wanted to make every day something , which was fine cause I went and had fun. But sometimes it was just way too much lol.

With these transformations they really need to work on the wigs. Clothes and make-up are fine (in this case), but the wig… Destroys the look. Overall I think she looked better in her own look.

The wig is ATROCIOUS why did they give her a shake and go instead of getting her a hair stylist who can tease it and glue it down. Also, all that makeup in like ten suitcases just for that final look? That makeup artist didn’t know what she was doing cause no one needs all that unless they’re doing special effects.
