Sir, mujhe passed 15 year se chronic Migraine ki problem hai. Neurologist ne mujhe betacap 60 mg+tryptomer di thi par trytomer se mujhe depression ho raha tha too Maine medicine leni band kar di. Mujhe har dusre teesre din migraine hota hota hai uske liye mei Naxdom 500.har teesre din leti hun. Mujhe har travel se migraine hota hai. Mere shoulder mei aur neck mei bhi bahut regular dard rahta hai .meri age ab 35 ki ho gayi hai. Request for guidance 💆♀
Tryptomer is mainly a antidepressants how can it cause depression....you can take cinnarizine( sibelium) daily at night along with propranolol..( Inderal)...
You can also take divalproaex sodium tablet which is very good medicine for chronic migraine after consulting with your doctor.....it's time to consult your doctor regarding newer treatment options as your prescription medications are not working at all...

One of my friend(m-23) is having brain issue since last 5 years. He was getting treatment in Ranchi and now in Silliguri. Earlier he was taking lacosamide 100mg along with clobazam 10mg.
Now he is taking encorate chrono 600mg with frisium 20mg
He is fine with the treatment. But he is now fed up with the medicines and treatment.
Please suggest us a better neurophysicuan or surgeon or brain speciality hospital.
