I was a young man in the seventies and suffered from indigestion, bloating and heart burns. Very few medicines like Sodamint were available at that time. Problem persisted for years until I was 45 +. Then suddenly all problems vanished and I was always famished even after good meals but started losing weight. Yeah. I turned diabetic and that had rid me all my stomach problems.
