A) while calculating dose for elevated TSH in three scenarios
a) TSH > 5 with clinical symptoms like hair loss or oligomenorrhea ,what formula to calculate dose
b ) TSH >10 with symptoms what will be the formula to calculate dose
C) TSH >32 male patient incidentally found on annual checkup,Without symptoms but obese 100 kg, formula for calculating dose
