My present test report is -T3 is 0.79nq/mL -T4 is 7.4ug/dl But TSH is- 10.250uU/ml ( abnormally high). As advised by doctors I m had been taking one tab.of Thyronorm from 50 micro. gm to 100 micro gm ( as per my blood reports from time to time).Kindly advise me Presently the doctor has raised my medicine from 75 micro gm tab to 100ugm tab. Kindly advise what dietry changes i should take care to control this fluctuations.
