I never commented before on your podcasts but I'm one your silent admirer. I've started watching your videos when I've started my spiritual journey in 2022 I guess. And from then I've faced great obstacles in my life related to family health issues and heartbreak and career pressure. This is a kind of coincidence or I literally don't know, whenever I'm dealing with some kind pf problem like with spiritual complexities, then some of your spiritual videos appears and all my confusion used to get clear, it was before story and now days when I'm facing with family health issues like my mother and father both were hospitalized due to high diebetes in one week followed by other, then I hot your medical podcast on diebetes. After that my father almost lost his vision due to diebetic retinopathy and finally done with one eye surgery fews days back and by God's grace he's recovering. Yes , doing hardwork for surgery 🙂 mere bhi childhood se specs hai , literally mujhe bachapan se saaf nhi dikhta tha and mujhe ye realize hua jab mai first time school gya and jab problem hui eyes mai and check karayi toh pta laga ki 3 no. hai , and aaj ke din mera number 7 and 7.5 hai

People still do not feel comfortable talking about it, there has been a lot of misconceptions related to its medications and surgeries that has costed a lot worldwide and specially in India. My exp about Drishti eye drop : I have some Papaya trees in my backyard and while plucking a papaya the milk (whitish fluid) of that papaya fell on my eye lid. It burnt my eye from outside and damaged my inner part of an eye also. I went to the doc and took treatment for around 3 weeks but literally there was no difference. So from the 4th week onwards after doing some research I started using Drishti along with eye drops provided by the doctor. To my surprise, it worked dramatically and within a week I could see the difference. After this I completely stopped using doctor suggested eye drops and continued using Drishti. My eye completely got healed in a month after that.

I went to a doctor and got spectacles with minor power. Then I was searching for a good gulab jal online since I remembered, my grandpa used to use gulab jal, and even lemon, onion juice for his eyes. I then found Drishti, and used it for around 2 times a day for a week, and my vision came back. After that I only used it for few days only when my vision was a little blurry or when I had headache. As per my personal experience, I believe Drishti can cure at least eyes problems with minor power.

What's about Rose k contact lenses/ Orthokeratology lenses/ what's about vision therapies, what's about when you do Vitrectomy with silicone oil insertion, after that ophthalmologist after 1st followup you asked to patient to wear contact lenses due to high hypermetropia. Every treatment has their own respects and effectiveness and needs and every treatment has complications as like laser causes scars, silicone oil causes Reverse hypopyon and etc.

Dear Ranveer, I am a regular viewer of your show and I was quite excited to see an ophthalmologist at your podcast episode. With due respect Dr. Rahil has mentioned some points which are of some extent making conflicts. 1.As a refractive surgeon he advised for refractive surgery after 18 but doesn't tell about the complications after surgery. 2. He directly mentioned contact lenses are bad for eyes but didn't mention that few of the contact lenses are therapeutic and even used in corneal repairing. He didn't mention that the tears of our eyes also help in Oxygen supply to the cornea. 3. While talking about the blue block lens he said using blue filter lenses in the daytime might cause hormonal imbalance specially melatonin but for his kind information nowadays renowned opticals dispense blue filter lens which block harmful blue violet rays and allows essential blue turquoise rays to our eyes. Hence the chances of hormonal disbalance is very less. The ophthalmic lens companies as well as contact lens manufacturers have been doing research work for decades and they are not stupid enough to sell their products by telling hoaxes to people. So, at the end of this long comment I as a viewer expect from your popular show that before showing any podcast show please do a deep research which will enrich us. Best wishes ❤😊
@@sreedevivinod7170 Dark mode doesn't reduce radiation from screens. Dark mode simply changes the color scheme to darker tones, which can be easier on the eyes in low-light conditions but doesn't affect the radiation emitted by the screen.
Yes I too tried normal lens and blue filter lenses. Blue filter lens provide more comfort then normal as have to spend 8- 10 hrs on screen .It also help in eye dryness which cause I think bcuz of using screen.

What's about Rose k contact lenses/ Orthokeratology lenses/ what's about vision therapies, what's about when you do Vitrectomy with silicone oil insertion, after that ophthalmologist after 1st followup you asked to patient to wear contact lenses due to high hypermetropia.
Every treatment has their own respects and effectiveness and needs and every treatment has complications as like laser causes scars, silicone oil causes Reverse hypopyon and etc.

I am a regular viewer of your show and I was quite excited to see an ophthalmologist at your podcast episode. With due respect Dr. Rahil has mentioned some points which are of some extent making conflicts.
1.As a refractive surgeon he advised for refractive surgery after 18 but doesn't tell about the complications after surgery.
2. He directly mentioned contact lenses are bad for eyes but didn't mention that few of the contact lenses are therapeutic and even used in corneal repairing. He didn't mention that the tears of our eyes also help in Oxygen supply to the cornea.
3. While talking about the blue block lens he said using blue filter lenses in the daytime might cause hormonal imbalance specially melatonin but for his kind information nowadays renowned opticals dispense blue filter lens which block harmful blue violet rays and allows essential blue turquoise rays to our eyes. Hence the chances of hormonal disbalance is very less. The ophthalmic lens companies as well as contact lens manufacturers have been doing research work for decades and they are not stupid enough to sell their products by telling hoaxes to people.
So, at the end of this long comment I as a viewer expect from your popular show that before showing any podcast show please do a deep research which will enrich us.

@@sreedevivinod7170 Dark mode doesn't reduce radiation from screens. Dark mode simply changes the color scheme to darker tones, which can be easier on the eyes in low-light conditions but doesn't affect the radiation emitted by the screen.

Yes I too tried normal lens and blue filter lenses. Blue filter lens provide more comfort then normal as have to spend 8- 10 hrs on screen .It also help in eye dryness which cause I think bcuz of using screen.
