Down to earth guy who's not afraid to get his hands dirty ( actually I think you prefer it!) and the most passionate person I've ever seen. Very inspiring for an average joe like me to watch someone pursue their dreams and be extremely successful at it. Thanks for keeping on and helping millions of people learn to cook and get healthier. You've changed my life by teaching me to cook and many many others I'm sure.

Smoothies are my all time "go to" when I feel the kids need a boost of nutrition. They love them! my 2 favorites for the kids are: (1) banana, honey, skim milk, and sunflower butter. (2) coconut milk, pineapple, strawberry, banana, and powdered sugar. I always freeze old banana's.
Buddy is super cute, and I love making smoothies. I don't have a blender anymore, but I'm tempted to just use my food processor until I find one. I agree with you on how gorgeous the colours look! I was thinking it before you actually said it.

I made a few smoothies recently, used hemp milk instead and they were delicious. It's a great idea to freeze fruit that will only go bad, I used to just throw it all on the compost heap but now I will have plenty in the freezer for smoothies :)

I don't like how it tastes by itself but add it to the smoothie and it makes the smoothie sooo nice and sweet. I don't know if the one I use is organic - I just like the price - but I do believe they have organic ones. But enough about my smoothies and ice cream. Jamie's smoothie looks amazing and Buddy is adorable!

we sometimes do a Strawberry+Banana Milkshake like that. frozen strawberries, ripe (ugly) bananas, some milk, maybe some ice cubes to frost it even more and make it more liquid at the same time. some sweetener or honey and BAM.. the bestest milkshake there is on earth.
Jamie, would you recommend using golden syrup in smoothies to add sweetness. I used to make a them using bannanas, strawberries, milk and golden syrup.
