WOW! This is a really great build. Everything is so ingenious, well done, useful. Love the side boxes. But oh my goodness the roof-ton is fricking amazing!
I’m hoping by next year I’ll have been able to pull together enough money to get a van and do a build. I’m a 71 year old woman and will have to do pretty much all of it myself so cedar walls - no- bead board - probably! But the damn roof couch is just amazing and in no way could I manage it. First, getting it up there- Second getting ME up there! Though I’m relatively fit and agile and could probably manage getting up there- staying up there is another story- I would need a fence all around! Lol

Well thought out! Slide outs in back that can be sectioned off! Awesome! Cargo netting in various place. Nice storage idea! Speakers inside the bed - swivel chair - rooftop lounge - lots of great ideas!!!

Dude, you make "Living in a van down by the river'' inspirational. It's fun watching different van conversion videos and seeing what creative ideas people come up with to stretch their limited space (and money). Your roof-rack/futon sofa is the best. Also, your insistence on having a swivel passenger seat effectively adds several feet of valuable space. I'm surprised more people aren't incorporating that into their van conversions. Anyway, I hope to do this myself if I'm ever able, so thanks for sharing your ideas.

I think this is my favourite van build ever! You utilised the space really well, as you clearly have a lot of interests activity-wise and you can fit all your equipment in there somehow!
The brilliant thing here is what he says at the end! Whatever you want to to do! You don't need experience! What you need is a will to do it and a vague idea of what the finished project is going to be! Then it will solidify and become clear along the way! Don't be afraid of trial and error! Try something - if it's not what you want - scrap it, learn and try again! Eventually you will "funnel down" into what you were looking for! Brilliant! I love this kind of "can do" attitude and find it highly inspiring!

the dollar tree has battery push button lights that your can stick in those dark places....
i put one in the back of my closet...
I totally admire each and everyone of you that have found your way to doing this life style... I am still trying to get rid of things, sell things and still putting things into storage... in the mean time.. i retire end of october/1st november... and income on the road will be my Pension, social Security and i am getting back into doing my real estate... i will be doing virtual real estate.. this way i will still be able to travel...
How MANY other ways do you support yourself on the road?
there are plenty of ways to work online as well... just as long as you can get daily internent

Omg this is one of the nicest vans I've ever seen. Love the layout and the roof-on! Also love the wood choice and everything is so minimal. So many vans seem so crowded and I get it cause it's hard to live so minimally, but yours just seems so relaxing. Thank you for sharing!

Toilet? Sink for washing up and washing yourself? Nicely thought out...and I love the swivel chair and agree it gives extra living space....toilet....sink? Where are they?

I absolutely love several ideas of your set up.
Your double folding bed, wet door net, roof couch, little plants, the wood. I guess I'm a big sir groupy lol. I've watched several videos and you have one of if not the best I've seen to date.
I have not built mine yet, but i will be stealing a few of your ideas to go along with my own if that's okay with you and big sir.

The best van camper I have ever seen!
VERY well built van conversion! The highlights, for me, were the roof top couch, and, the hidden cook top burner. The wood selection was perfect as well! Overall I give it an A+!
You can get the Goal Zero lithium 1500 for $1000 at Costco. Just an fyi if you decide to upgrade.

Nice work on your van. I really, really liked all your components you put in. I especially liked the wood species you used and the way you made your storage, the amount of storage and the manner in which they open and utilize all the crannies of the interior and they're so practical to use. But I would like to see use incorporate a toilet, a shower and some answer for maybe outdoor sound, a plug for shore power and perhaps a practical awning? What do you think? But overall, one of the best vans and videos that I've come across, considering your van does not have a bubble top.
