Thanks for watching my videos and supporting this channel! Whether you're background is Boxing, MMA, or traditional Martial Arts, I hope my reviews help give you the answer your looking for to make informed choices. Whether it be needing to purchase new boxing gloves, headgear, footwear, I'll do my best to bring you my honest take on the equipment I'm using. Cheers to your continued support!
This handwrap technique requires the use of any pair of 180" handwraps. Great for knuckle coverage, keeping the palm open to make a good fist, and prevents the wrap from coming loose.
MY HAND SIZE FOR REFERENCE
9 1/4 " Wide from side of index finger to side of pinky finger
8" Tall from bottom of palm to top of middle finger
11" Closed Fist Circumference
This guy knows his game. This is the best way to wrap! He doesn’t cluster the palm under the knuckle! Great video
Thanks brother
You're a legend dude. I've had some trouble with my right knuckle and this is extremely comfortable and gives me confidence in my right hand again.
Thanks man
Thanks for the tutorial! This is now my favorite way to trap my hands for maximum protection. I use gel pads under the wraps as well.
no prob!
Getting started with boxing. So just dropping a comment to say thanks for sharing all of this information- super helpful!

This is my favourite method.
Nice! Me too
Love the content brother, a big thank you for sharing your experience. Tried your recommendation with the handwrap and was impressed with the support. Is this still your go-to nowadays?
Thanks man and yes I still use this technique
Never seen anyone wrap through the fingers that way, gonna have to give it a try
💯
Great thanks 🙏🏼
No prob
Thanks for the tutorial, I love it. Did you invent this technique?
no an old boxing coach
Never seen this way before. I actually think this will provide more wrist support than just wrapping around the wrist a bunch
Thanks
i have the fortress t1 fast wraps but find that the fortress gloves are to tight when i wear the fast wraps with them, i have a few different gloves and they fit snug in other gloves so my question is do you think using mexican wraps are better than fortress wraps or not? i actually recieved some fairtex mexican style wraps last week and they fit far better in the fortress gloves but dont fill the gap in my others hence why im asking which you think are better
Good vid
Appreciate it!
I need some help - every time I wrap my hands it always makes it too tight around the two palm pads (under the thumb and under the pinky) and it makes me insane... If I make it too loose it screws the knuckle and the wrist tention...
Is it okay i use some sponge for my knuckle?
Yes
Do I need to change the hand wraps? I have Everlast
No
Can i use gauze for my knuckle
Yes
how long are your wraps?
180
What is the size of your handwrap?
180”
@@csquaredboxing Thanks ! Love what you do on your chanel! Support form France 🗼🇫🇷
