It’s really amazing to watch one of the best interviewers of our time be interviewed by a group of women who couldn’t get out a single thought provoking question between the five of them. They would all rather hear the sound of their own voice than hear anything Sean has to say.
Being a Hot Ones fan, I started watching this. But after barely a minute in, I realized why I like Sean & Hot Ones; he actually knows how to interview people.
What a stark contrast between this show interviewing him and when he interviews people on his show. If you ask somebody a question, let them answer it before you interrupt them. You don't just start talking over each other. Thank God for Sean and the Hot Ones crew for putting together a one-of-a-kind show! They deserve major credit and I hope the show lasts forever.

The wings are just a bonus. His interviews are spectacular. Well researched questions abd Sean is so easy going. He asks questions and listens without interrupting. His show beats so many of these talk shows.
they literally asked him a question about how he got into wings being that hes from the midwest. he got two words into his answer and they immediately cut him off and interrupted him TWICE and moved on to the next question. i cannot believe these women have been the hosts of this show for as long as they have.

Sean is one of the best interviewers out there. They do so much research and he gets his guests to feel comfortable, and meets/matches their energy or response. He's legit!
Sunny is fighting menopause and trying her best to be as slutty and sexy and relevant as possible. It comes across WAYY too thirsty. Like the 50 earrings in her ear and the tight Brittany Spears outfit at the Met she’s feeling herself after that plastic surgery and being on these weight loss shots. But she’s trying too hard to be 20 when she’s in her mid-50s. You can be elegant, classy, and beautiful without looking desperate like you wanna be on only fans.

This interview was hysterical. The wheels completely fell off and that’s the glory of everybody being so excited to ask so many questions at once and that is the appeal of Sean. An articulate man who exudes charisma. I mean, he used the word ‘prescient’ . That’s amazing!
Gotta love how they compliment his exemplary interview style while they interrupt his answer (like his earliest childhood memory involving or sauce or spice, we still don't know). He was trying to answer their question, and mid-answer they cut him off, then throughout the rest of the "interview" or chat session, they talk over one another making it difficult to hear him answer clearly moving forward. Sean, the ultimate professional just let them talk over him, but he did try to be succinct and direct when answering after they interrupted him initially (which I appreciate, because although abrupt, he still managed to get out answers and information). He deserves an Emmy for this appearance alone.

Sean is amazing. I've never seen an interviewer who gets into the guest's life and background as he does. And then he comes up with the most unexpected, interesting questions. You can see his guests authentically are pleasantly surprised by the conversation topics. Great guy, great show.

Watching this highlights the difference it makes when the interviewer actually knows the context of their question. The questions on Hot Ones are so much more engaging than the questions they are asking Sean.😅 I hope the Hot Ones team wins that Emmy.

This was so frustrating to watch. One of the longest running talk shows, with 4-5 hosts that do no research, barely know who they are talking to outside of their notecards, and can't even articulate thoughts interviewing someone or resist interrupting them...interviewing someone who is arguably the best interviewer in the game today. If you watch Hot Ones it is the complete opposite. He gives so much respect to every guest he gets. His team does research, but doesn't rely on that, and that's why it's such a great show. The hot wings are just a fun little bonus. Sean is the show.
