I'm definitely going to pick up this kit, my first mg was the freedom 2.0 and this looks like its in the same calibur as it so I feel it is worth the time and money

I have the hg force impulse revive and i love it is one of my favorite kits to pose however i hate the fact that it practically has no possibility on the chest and because of the transformation it was really lose on mine i could care less about the transformation so i glue it together but i just wish we could have a force impulse without the transformation
So, uh, I went back after the whole SEED Freedom debacle, and now someone might consider repainting all three Impulses (yes, including the P-Bandai Blast Impulse) into their Spec-II colorations. While the Force Impulse had the smallest bit of color tweaking (deepening the shades of the various parts), the Sword and Blast Impulse need lots of repaint work to do (all the white of the Impulse body has to be red for Sword or army chatreuse for Blast, and deepening the main colors on other spots, with loads of black on Sword). If giving us the Blast Impulse Spec-II as the only option for the Blast Impulse in Real Grade form, it's a welcome choice because having army colors on your machine is "real" enough.

I just see all the model kits and all the different Gundam designs and I feel like I might really be missing out here. Great review tho Kakarot!
Im a a little late on this one lol. Its my first set since i was a kid. But do you have a issue keeping the upper torso attached when you have the ship folded up inside? Mine wont stay together when i have the ship there but does fine when its not inserted.

I really wish this model came with a special display stand for when the Gundam is in flight mode. And I bet the PG version, if there is one, would have those landing gear parts retract and come out.
I just checked on mine and the shoulder parts are super loose. It feels like I didnt push the arm on all the way, but it's as far as it will go. Shoulderpads can still move from left to right (2-3mm). Please reply if it's the same for you.
Hey man sorry to bother you, know you probs won't see this or have time to respond, but i've been building this as my second gunpla ever (stupid i know) and i'm completely stumped as to how to combine the core splendour flier (in its folded up mode) with the wing unit and main body. So confused, the directions are really hard to understand and i can't see any alignments to click things into place?
It's just part of its modules gimmick. Each section is easy to swap. Allowing it to be very quickly repaired when needed. Along with making it easy to upgrade and expand on. Though only new backpacks were ever made for it.
i love your videos and review but i would like to point out that your panel lining on certain model kits like this one in the video is too heavy due to the large tip of the marker you are using, i suggest you to use tamiya panel liner even on raw plastic, the results are way more differents and realistics! give it a try!
I mean it worked for Double ZZ Gundam so I guess it's not that bad I will always say that transforming mobile suits are impractical but it looks cool so why not

the RG version is on the way. I think they released some pictures back in January.
Isn't the impulse just a strike copy with different equipment its so obvious there's the ail strike,the launcher and the sword
