For anyone who is confused about the tiering system
-Brown Tier: Shitty Kit (The worst)
-Bronze Tier: Bad Kit (Worse Than Average but not as bad as Brown Tier)
-Silver Tier: Plain Average
-Gold Tier: Greater than average (is better than Silver )
-Platinum Tier: Between The Gundarium and gold (Greater than Gold but not Really Revolutionary)
-Gundarium Tier: The best and is has revolutionary shit with it (it is different from the other grades and feels like something nonexistent)
i think the anime called the material Gundanium but Gundarium sounds as cool so yeah. (i might be wrong btw)

Real Grades now are more like mini perfect grades than master grades. I just fnished the Eva 01 and damn boy ! It is glorious.
Same here was an awesome build experience I actually got thr force impulse and the unit 1 in on the same day and used the impulse for a warmup lol

I’m glad the RG line has turned into miniature master grades. I was really worried about it having a core fighter and it effecting the kit negatively. Loved the review.

I suppose Bandai just needs a few more tweaks and they'll be ready to make RG Double Zeta, Victory, and V2; maybe even AGE-2 and AGE-3, if they decided to give a hell about AGE at all. As for non-transforming ones with big backpacks, I'd say X and especially Double X; maybe even the Full Armor Gundam Thunderbolt ver. (of course, provided they make an all-new frame for it; which will then eventually lead to RG 2.0 RX-78-2)

As someone who owns a Gundam Impulse (MG Sword Impulse), this RG feels a lot better. Detail, articulation, build. Even though I was careful assembling mine and never broke any parts before or since, my Impulse needed glue in some parts.
Shows you what 10+ years in improvements can do.
I hate the SEED series, but I love the mecha design there.
Now they should rerelease early RG as 2.0 kits with the updated inner frames
The mecha design of SEED are superb, I really hope they make Destiny 2.0 and the light wings.

Seed was my entry into gundam so it holds a sweet spot for me even though I know most don’t care for it. I’m really glad to see this kit given such good treatment. I’m currently building a seed collection and this one has been on the list. Can’t wait till I build it!
I love how real grades are the cause for changing the rating scales. Shows how special they really are.

Hey Mecha, just a suggestion. You could make quick fire videos in multiple parts that rank every one of the kits you have so far, like 3-5 seconds per kit. That would be great to watch, and a great way to catalogue/re-deliberate all your rankings up to now.

I just started getting into RGs. I haven't really much been into the 1/144 scale as they're just so tiny to me, and the first one I did was the rg crossbone and that head build gave me nightmares. But I decided to try again and this kit had thus far been a pleasure to build.

This is the first kit that got me into gunpla and it was amazing, amazing enough to get me to buy 5 more gunpla kits lol
Seriously, the recent real grades are some of my favorite kits of all time.
i personally prefer MG over RG for the size, just hope they put in this kind of effort as well for future MGs.
4:30 I think they're just called "silhouette packs". The striker packs were developed by omni and the impulse is zaft.
This kit is the most sturdy RG I've ever handled. It really deserved that platinum tier!

I got the kit when I went to my local hobby shop, unaware that this was a very new RG model kit. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and how much fun I had building it at the time!

I just found your channel. Such a great video. Love it. Btw, I'm still new and didn't know much about gunpla. About this model, do you prefer do panel line piece by piece or after it finish assembled? And which one is the best marker to use? Also about the decals too. Dry or water decals are better? Sorry for my bad english. And i still confused about RG and MG. What's the different between them?
For me, i tend to panel line after assembling because the point of panel line is to bring up the surface details. I prefer the gundam marker, but u can substitute it with 003 mechanic marker. For grades, the difference between RG and MG is its scale. RG and HG are 1/144 scale, while MG is 1/100 scale

Way back in 2016 when I got my RG Freedom, I immeadiately want an RG Force Impulse. My usual hobby shop said there is no such kit yet. This year, it finally came into existense.
Whenever a Real Grade gets announced, there will always hype (unless it’s Johnny Ridden’s Zaku II)

@@thomastsuihn Johnny Ridden's Zaku II is basically a retool of the RG Zaku II, which suffers pretty badly from "Early Real Grade Syndrome." Its not a BAD kit, it just suffers from a lot of lose parts and a wonky inner frame. To their credit, they tried to alleviate some of the problems with Johnny Ridden's Zaku... but its still built on the older RG Zaku II, so it still has a lot of problems.
Spee9dy lol it was a frustrating built for me.... maybe it’s just that I’m still fairly new to Gunpla but not plastic models in general, but I messed it up in a few steps and luckily fixed the problems with super glue and magnets.
Bandai is breaking the mold once again! This is why I'll always be a fan of Gunpla kits, they're constantly improving and evolving, and we keep getting better kits every year!

Guys! For anyone who wants to buy this figure or about to build, Please be careful handling around the wrist and forehand. I got the wrist split in half on accident because it cracked on one side when i tried to remove the hand because the ball joint is very tight(sand it down or put it carefully). And the forehand cracked a little when I removed it from the inner frame. I superglued both of them, the wrist looks like crap tho but its my fault for using superglue

Thank you Mecha Gaikotsu, because I bought this RG Force Impulse Gundam, and I did not regret buying this Kit, after handling the other RG's, Early Real Grades, sucks, but it is Fun for the looks and the articulation.(when you first build them)

Heads up to anyone planning on getting the RG Crossbones, A. Do it. it's a great kit and it looks amazing. However, one thing that he didn't cover cause it never happened to Mecha, be extremely careful while building the corefighter. The "wings" portion of the MS Inner Frame is super fragile. It broke on me, and it broke on my buddy. So just be aware, take extra care with the core fighter

Hey mecha, I'm not sure if anyone pointed this out but on this and the MG Impulse, you forgot to flip up the two tail fins on each Core Splendor. Wasn't sure if that was intentional or not. Also, the Chest Flyer's shield should be parallel to the body instead of going sideways with the arm.
I'm building this guy right now! I'm super impressed with it. Review has been spot on.
