I installed pro tools and everything but I’m trying to install the driver and it’s not letting me when it’s prompt it won’t let me submit to install on the driver
I have ProTools and it keeps asking me about Exponential Audio activation codes and I can’t find them. I’m trying to contact Avid and I can’t. Idk what to do😞

Bought the license pro tools but when I create new on my Dashboard it only give me the option to click on Backup to cloud and I can’t find a way to have this on my Mac external hard drive ...
Hello I did purchase the update 2021 I was wondering if you have the same problem installing the update. It is asking me to uninstall the Protools Avid HD first,, I did and restart the system then still asking me to uninstall but there is nothing to uninstall in the control panel... any ideas?

Hi there..I just purchased Pro Tools Perpetual and I didn't see the Avid complete plug in bundle at the bottom ....What happened ? Did they implement them in the program already ?

Question if I want to sell my protools and it’s under my ilok account do I have to deactivate it off my account so the person I’m selling to ,to be able to use it
you don't need to buy an ilok usb, you can open pro tools with your ilok license manager on your computer, you just have to make an account and dowload it here: ilok.com : )

Looks like you have an Apollo. Did you have to download the drivers for it to run on Pro Tools?
i bought pro tools got 2 emails from them but neither included my code to redeem idk where to find it

Why does an ilok license to activate opens when I click on protools instead of protools opening up shits so aggravating.

check on your avid link or on your avid account on a browser, they could appear as - rewards--

I don't think you can but it have different slots for ne owners
Yupp. But be sure to transfer it on another ilok before you deactivate. Or you’rescrwwed and avid will not recover it for you.
